Our 2-bed, 2-bath condo in Santa Fe's historic South Capitol district is located in a small 5-unit condominium complex on a lovely tree lined street. This unit is a split-level floor plan with one bedroom up and one down so perfect for two couples. Both bedrooms have their own full bathroom as well. This residential neighborhood is walking distance (or a very short drive) to most Santa Fe attractions, yet quietly tucked away! Less than one mile—and an easy walk—to The Plaza, Canyon Road galleries, and The Railyard arts district. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s are also less than a mile away should you choose to cook at home and dine al fresco on the lovely, private walled courtyard patio. The condo has been tastefully decorated in a cozy yet clean and contemporary style. Built in 1983 and constructed with all the adobe charm — beamed viga ceilings, brick floors, Kiva fireplace and more. The living room is bathed in natural light from the floor to ceiling windows. Two designated parking spaces are provided and there's central air conditioning/heat for your comfort. This fantastic condo is our home-away-from-home (therefore it's stocked with most necessary kitchen essentials) and we are happy to share it with you. We're from Austin, TX, which we LOVE but sometimes (especially during the Summer) we seek out cooler climates and new adventures. We enjoy hiking and biking and all things outdoors. We also enjoy wining, dining, and travel.
Why they chose this property
Having lived in Santa Fe previously and traveled here for years, we think this little condo is the perfect Santa Fe vacation home. The walkability factor allows us to fly here on a whim and not worry about a car. There's not really anything you want or need that isn't within a mile or closer. The extra bedroom with its own private bath allows us to entertain friends and guests. We love how the walled patio provides an extra room for lounging and summer dining al fresco.

Quiet neighborhood yet centrally located. All the Santa Fe charm (Kiva fireplace, brick floors, beamed ceilings) yet in a clean, contemporary style. Central air conditioning.
