Close to some great snowmobile trails
The cabin had everything we needed. It was close to amazing snowmobile trails and ice fishing. Parked both a 18’ and a 25’ snowmobile trailer without any trouble. Thanks again!

Family vacation
Such a great cabin to bring our family to. My three children ages 9,6,5 played outside from sun rise to sunset! We ventured out to the boardwalk to see the lighthouse but other than that, we were plenty occupied with kayaks and swimming. Our last day at the cabin it rained, so we dug through the game box and taught our kids how to play CLUE! what great memories we made. Thank you!

Thank you so much for staying with us! Love to hear the kids loving the outdoors!!! The games have been a huge hit to so many families who at home don’t pull them out but you are right on a rainy day at the cabin what a great time to enjoy something new! I do hope you return for more memories to be had! Thanks again!!
This home was in a very remote and peaceful area with a lovely lake view. Communication with host couldn’t have been better- very quick and helpful when we needed it. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was pretty well stocked. Felt like the house could have been cleaner especially with the high cleaning
fee. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
Our host was simply amazing. She was easy to contact and very helpful. House was exactly what I expected. Loved the lake. The whole experience was very pleasant.
We enjoyed our weekend away at this quiet and cozy cabin! Our kids (8, 6, 6), loved the bunk beds, sandy beach, and shallow depth lake. The cabin was very cutely decorated and had all the necessary kitchen utensils. It rained one day, but the large covered porch and picnic table still gave us enough space to play games and read. The next day was sunny and beautiful and I went for a run around the lake (~3 miles). The owners were great with communication too!
The cabin was not clean, had very bad odor. The bathroom shower walls had Mold and mildew on them.
Upon arrival the outside of the home look ok. Once we walked in the house had a very bad odor and was not very inviting. The home had fleas and spiders in it. The bathroom shower had mildew and mold. The pull out bed was very dirty with dirt. I would not recommend or stay here again. The outside sand area was infested with ants and termites.

Hi Natasha, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: We are very surprised to hear this feedback as it is unlike any we have heard before. We will be absolutely sure to verify that none of these issues are happening at the property and that they won't be affecting future guests. The guests before and after have reported none of these issues. Additionally, we encourage guests to reach out to us while they are in residence with any issues so that we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay. We are located right next door for most of the year and we're happy to come and fix any issues promptly. We truly go above and beyond to make it the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests!

This is a wonderful cabin on a beautiful, clean, and quiet lake.
The cabin itself is very charming with a nice wrap around deck for plenty of shady covered seating. The inside is very clean and I loved the windows looking out onto the lake. I would definitely return to the cabin for future stays.
Our stay was great :) cabin was nice and clean, stocked with everything you need. It was a peaceful spot for my family and I to relax.

Perfect hidden get away
Our stay was fantastic, we lucked out with perfect weather the entire time and really got to enjoy the lake and north woods. They have three kayaks and a little john boat available for use, which we took advantage of with the lake being the perfect size to be able to kayak around and not worry about large waves. The shore at the cabin is sandy and they even have some sand/water toys available to use. There is also a great sandy area out in the middle of the lake that is about waste depth that a lot of boats anchor at.
We had almost no cell service (I think one person with AT&T got one bar of LTE) which was fantastic. Make sure to get everything you need for your stay beforehand so you don't have to leave!
The place was clean and well kept, I hope you get the chance to enjoy it too.
PS. If you plan on fishing bring live bait.
Our family stayed here as a base camp to explore some of the wonders of the upper peninsula. The cabin is beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed. We enjoyed using the kayaks to explore the lake and had a campfire to roast marshmallows on every night. We didn't get out of state fishing licenses because we wouldn't sure how much time we would spend fishing, but I did talk to several fishermen on the lake who said that the fishing was great. Lots of bluegills and bass, and I was told it is a great lake for walleye and northern fishing as well. I certainly saw plenty of fish on our kayaking trips! We were looking for somewhere close to Munising since that is where we planned to spend most of our time. This property was about 40 minutes from Munising which ended up not being a bad drive. It is also 20 minutes from Kitch-iti-kipi which my kids insisted on visiting twice during our five days there! Overall, we loved our experience at this property and would definitely return!

All That You Need is Here
Beautiful, clear, sandy-bottom lake. Cozy cottage with all the comforts of home. Kids had a blast, and we all enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The owner was great in communicating with us and even forwards recommended activities in the area. Highly recommend this lake home for a family seeking the north woods for boating, fishing, kayaking, and hiking!!
Clean, great location, owners are super helpful and responsive!
Nice little lake cabin, we did many day trips and also enjoyed kayaking and fires by the lake. Janet is very helpful and responsive to all needs. The only downside was we had no cell service and the wifi was not great- not a huge deal. We had a great week!

A modest cabin in a lovely location
A simple but cozy cabin in a fantastic location, right by the lake. Host was very communicative and accommodating in helping us figure out our plans. Would have liked a a few more basics to be provided given the price (e.g no handsoap was available, cookware was mostly peeling nonstick pans that weren't safe to use, etc) but we managed with what we brought and had a very pleasant time.
Janet, the owner was super helpful and accommodating. The cabin is clean and super comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The kids had a blast and the adults were able to relax and just enjoy the peace of the lake.
We have stayed twice now at this property and have had amazing stays both times. The cabin is modest and simple but has everything you need. The outside area is so beautiful though that you won't be spending much time inside. The lake is calm and was perfect for our kids (last visit they were 6 and 10). Due to erosion, the steps leading down to the lake were closed on our latest trip, but you could still get into the lake by the dock. We loved relaxing at the table over the lake, fishing off the dock, and having campfires during the day and night. The only reason we're not booking for a third year is that we're doing a bigger friends trip this summer. But we plan on returning here at some point. Also the property manager is very quick and helpful with her responses. I highly recommend staying here!
