We’re avid riders ourselves, so we know what makes a snowmobile trip easy and fun:
• Trail 41 – only 1.5 miles away
• Jackpine Bar – fuel & food, 4.5 miles (trail accessible)
• Steuben Store – fuel & supplies, 2 miles (trail accessible)
• Shingleton – fuel, food at The Bears Den, plus convenience store, 8 miles (trail accessible)
• Road to the property is reliably plowed
• Large circle turnaround for trailers
• Parking for 5+ snowmobile trailers (20ft+)

• Living area with a pull-out sofa sleeper
• Small table (seats 4)
• Sleeps 4 more guests

• Fire pit near the water
• Private beach & dock (dock removed in winter)
• Backyard access via staircase or grassy hill
• Boat launch halfway down the driveway (FREE, maintained by Hiawatha National Forest)
• Fantastic fishing — the “hot spot” is right off the dock!
Note: Due to heavy U.P. snowfall, the fire pit area isn’t cleared in winter.
