** Lovely Katama home located on Vickers St. Fully equipped/furnished, all you need to bring (or rent on-island) are linens/towels. Our home is located aprox. 1.8mi. from South Beach, 1.5mi from Edgartown Harbor and 1mi from public access to Edgartown Great Pond. Convenient, wooded and private Edgartown setting. The perfect island getaway to relax or entertain. Family friendly great room and large wrap around deck.

Recently redecorated and updated. 55inch Samsung Smart HDTVs. New Lamps., some new furnishings, etc. Aprox. 1500sqft interior space. **Air Conditioned!**

**Huge wrap-around deck w/ outdoor furniture. Great for entertaining! **Weber gas grill outside. **Outside shower for after trips to beach! **Close to Morning Glory Farm and the Farm Institute!**

First floor has an open floor plan with two bedrooms (one queen, the other has two twin beds), full bath, laundry room w/ washer and dryer, and a sunny great room with 55in. TV. Second floor has a 2nd full bath, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a loft/TV/sitting area. A smaller 2nd floor deck/balcony can be accessed from both the loft and bedroom.

**Please note that we do not provide linens/towels. You can rent them on-island at reasonable prices or bring your own.**
**PLEASE NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED**
**Please also abide by the check in time (3PM) and check out times (10AM).**

The house is in the perfect location to Edgartown and South Beach!

The house is very comfortable, clean, open kitchen and living room and perfect for a family. There is an upstairs loft area to hang out and watch television and a deck off the upstairs bedroom. The location is great and near to everything including Morning Glory Farm which is the best for local produce and a morning muffin and coffee! A great house to spend a week or longer!

Everything you need in a great location!

Husband and grown sons enjoyed their 4-night stay as a base for a guys' fishing trip. Home was as pictured with plenty of room for tall men to spread out, kitchen was well outfitted for cooking, and neighborhood is great. The only snafu was that the WIFI wasn't working, but that can happen anywhere and they managed.

Due to the heavy rain and cold weather during our stay, we were unable to enjoy the outdoors and realize the home's convenience to the beach. First floor bathroom would benefit from having powered ventilation. It must get sticky in there during July and August.
