This 40 sq.m .unique small , luxury house is part of Magganari View Village . This retreat,which accommodates up to 3 persons , enjoys unobstructed majestic sea views of Magganari Bay and the island of Santorini. It is located within walking distance from three exquisite sandy beaches with crystal clear turquoise waters.There are 3 taverns at the beach open from early morning to night. Snacks can be delivered at the house if you wish.
The house is designed to offer refined relaxation and privacy. Meticulous attention has been given to detail regarding the design, handcrafted decor and the prime materials used, such as Greek stone and carved marble. All is in the detail; everything is meant to increase the level of the guests comfort and happiness. Outdoors, it features a private, pergola shaded veranda with a hand carved marble table . Also , there is a pergola shaded ,shared with Magganari View Village II, barbeque dining area and a shared shaded area where you can do yoga . Quality and elegance prevail throughout.
This is a perfect,small house for a couple or a family of three people looking for a serene retreat with fabulous amenities and the dramatic Aegean setting.

It is part of a complex of ,eventually, four elegant residences ,built to superior standards and offering relaxed luxury, which are next door to Magganari View Villa .This offers options for individuals or large groups of friends or families.It is just 200 metres from the long sandy beach and beautiful,crystal clear sea at Manganari Bay ,on Ios Island.Beautiful shaded verandas face the amazing view. The villas have all modern facilities and comforts and each one has its own decoration with hand-made furnishings and ceramics with a Greek beach side ambiance. There are no nightclubs in Magganari . It is a haven of peace and quiet for those who want to unwind and relax.You can only hear the little goats bleeting.

Even though I wasn't born on Ios island , as soon as I saw Magganari I fell in love with it . Our family has spent beautiful summers here and a couple of years ago we decided to share our love of the place with other people.

It is within a 5min. walk from the fantastic beach on Magganari bay .The house is unique because it is elegant and cosy , with hand made ceramic motifs and decoration, beautiful hand carved marble tables,sink and washbasin..It has a shared with Magganari Village II, pergola shaded bbq area and a shared ,pergola shaded area where you can do yoga.
