Modern Barn in Wine Country

Our Modern Barn Experience is a unique and special way to escape. A stylish blend of rustic and hip, this space was designed to captivate with views from the Pacific Ocean to the mountains it sits on. A large downstairs with walls that open up on all four sides, designed to make you feel like you are part of the mountain landscape. For outdoor enthusiasts hike to our upper deck and enjoy even better panoramic views or create a picnic or yoga experience that is one of a kind.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave up to 2 large trash bags inside. If you have more than 2 please remove the additional trash from the ranch. DO NOT PUT EXTRA TRASH BAGS in the trash bins by front gate-these belong to neighbor.
Please be sure all 4 of the roll up doors are properly latched shut. (You may need to step/put your body weight on the bottom metal piece in order to slide the metal locks shut.)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
