The studio was cozy and perfect for me and my sisters. The outside patio was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. It is perfect location to access everything you needed. Cute and practical.

clean house

neat little one bedroom studio (i believe that is the correct term). the kitchen area is compact but well furnished, complete with oven/stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, toaster, and basic kitchen utensils. everything was very clean.

Birthday getaway!

This was much nicer than i anticipated from the pictures! This was my first time doing a rental like this and i was pleasantly suprised by the amount of extras included, such as beach gear, toiletries, and laundry supplies. The outdoor space was huge and really made our vacation top-notch. I will most certainly be renting this place again!

Overall a good place

We had a small problem with a couple roaches but, quickly took care of that situation. Also, we had to fix the propane oven. Good thing we had a professional propane guy with our group. Overall a descent clean place. Small apartment under the main house.
