Ready to get away and relax in a quiet, private space, surrounded by a beautiful yard and garden? Our studio cottage offers a queen bed, adjustable arm wall flat screen TV and includes WiFi. Enjoy the privacy of your room or sit outside under the pergola, amidst the roses and succulents. We are located within minutes of fine dining, wineries, beaches, great hiking, beautiful parks and the main highway artery of 101 . The studio is detached from our home, has a separate entrance and parking is available. We also have laundry facilities available upon request. We're about 15 minutes from Healdsburg, 20 minutes from Kenwood, 40 minutes from Sonoma and 50 minutes from Napa.

Lovely place in Santa Rosa!

This little VRBO efficiency is just as cute as its pictures. The hosts have truly thought of everything down to providing half-n-half for your coffee! I would definitely stay here again.

Private Wine Country Getaway

Home away from home.

The property was lovely! Very quiet, quaint, and beautiful outdoor area. We enjoyed reading our books each afternoon among the lush plants and sound of waterfall.

Great Spot for Visiting Wine Country

This was a great stay! The hosts had outstanding communication leading up to our visit as well as during. The place had all the right little touches and was convenient for visiting several wineries and restaurants. The added convenience of a grocery store just across the way was really helpful while traveling. Would highly recommend!

Short stay in the North Bay

Wife and I had a need for a stay in Sonoma County/Windsor area. We needed a place that was quiet and comfortable and not a large hotel or resort. This place fit the bill. The owner was easy to deal with and the description of the property was spot on.

Compact and well-equipped

Our stay was for the most part very good. The studio is well furnished and equipped. It offers great views and privacy. Our only quip are the stairs - we are over seventy and getting up and down two sets of stairs was a tad challenging. The place is small but well organized and perfect place to land for the night.

Santa Rosa Thanksgiving

My husband and I stayed here last Thanksgiving (we have family in the area) and enjoyed the place so much we made sure to reserve early this Thanksgiving. The studio has everything as advertised, and more. John could not be more pleasant or accommodating. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit.

Excellent Accommodations!

Jim and Jean were excellent hosts, and the place was more than we had hoped for. It was very clean, private, comfortable, and well appointed. We had everything we needed, down to hangers in the closet, hair dryer, and a full-length mirror. There's even an outdoor area with picnic table and chairs. We were very happy with this vrbo and hope to be back next year!

Goldilocks stay

This was the right spot with the perfect amenities for my visit. I appreciated all of the thoughtful touches. The kitchenette had everything i needed. The studio was homey and comfortable. I enjoyed the scent of the jasmine wafting through the window. John was a warm and welcoming host. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay!

It’s all the little details.

The attention to the small things was amazing. From a high quality Koehler toilet, to Moen faucets, to large thick shower towels, to plush rugs to step onto as you got out of bed. The studio just kept getting better during our week stay. Thanks again J&J

We had a wonderful time. The property/studio was modern, clean, safe and easily accessible. Communication with the property owners was swift and easy. Lovely VRBO

My husband and I have stayed here 5 or 6 times in the past few years while visiting family in Santa Rosa. This is a one room Vrbo with a small kitchen area and a full bath. It is always clean and cozy. John always has half and half in the fridge and coffee for the coffee pot. He also has a bowl of chocolates, which is just a treat to come home to in the evening. Visitors are welcome to relax in a lovely backyard with beautiful flowers and a water feature. I just can’t say enough about the feeling of home we have here. Our family is moving from Santa Rosa to Md, and while I’m happy they are closer to us we will miss John and this lovely Vrbo. We can’t recommend it enough. We realized thru the years that there were places closer to the family’s house, but having stayed here once we were not interested in “moving.”

We’ll be back

It’s hard to describe the feeling you have when you walk into the comfort you feel as you enter this Cozy Studio. It felt like you were walking into your own little vacation apartment. The attention to detail made you feel as if the owner appreciated you staying at their place. Honey for your tea, upgraded faucets, charging cords for the electronics by the bed, an air purifier. I could continue, you’ll have to check it out. It’s the little things, I noticed. We enjoyed the use of the backyard as we were in Santa Rosa for an event. It was really nice to be able to enjoy the outdoors hearing the running water from the water feature. Very peaceful. Really enjoyed staying here. Five Stars for this Cozy Studio!
