Located just 5 miles south of downtown Santa Rosa and 2 miles north of Sonoma State University, our private studio offers the best of both worlds: complete tranquility and easy access to local wineries, restaurants, and attractions.
This charming studio cottage is set 100 yards from a private gate, ensuring total privacy and serenity. Large windows at the front and back frame breathtaking views of ancient oaks and fill the space with natural light. Inside, Buddha statues and thoughtful decor create a soft, meditative atmosphere—perfect for relaxing, recharging, or simply enjoying the moment.
The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with a full stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and Keurig coffee maker. You’re welcome to collect fresh eggs from our free-range chickens for your breakfast. The private bathroom includes a washer and dryer with detergent provided. (Please note: there is no bathtub, only a walk-in shower.)
Our deep well provides clean, fresh water free from chlorine and fluoride—something our guests often appreciate. In the bright and cozy living area, you'll find a comfortable sofa and a peaceful space to unwind.

We love beautiful rural and mountain view, over 200 years oak trees, no neighbor, super quite, peace. All you see here are donkey, deer, chickens, cat, turkeys, peacocks, sheep.
