About this property

Villa Blue Oasis is located in a great SW Cape Coral neighborhood on a corner lot, with a large backyard, which adds extra privacy during your vacation. Fully remodeled and with brand new furnishings, this 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home will ensure your time to be great. This home will feature a king bed in the master bedroom along with a queen bed in the second bedroom and the third bedroom with a day bed which can sleep 2. The pool is electric heated and the patio features a nice area for sun lounging and even entertaining your guests with the supplied gas bbq grill and refrigerator. The backyard is oversized and also features a boat dock, lift for owner use only. A rental boat can still be docked. In addition there are 2 kayaks and 2 bicycles for our guests. A kayak lift for easy access into the water is also provided.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.

A Little R & R

The property and home were very nice. The pool and patio were very relaxing. The area is nice. Several good restaurants. The beaches were a little further away than what I like. We had a great vacation.

Wonderful vacation home

Home found as described. Bikes and kayaks and kayak lift fun to use and explore neighborhood from land and water. Spent most of our time in the perfectly designed pool. Explored Sanibel and neighboring beach areas and left restaurant recommendations in visitor log book. Would love to return. Great value.

Amazing spring break retreat!

This house was fantastic- exactly as pictured and described. We spent a good amount of our 1 week vacation at the house. The kitchen has everything you need to cook/bake, including some basic spices. One trip to Publix and we were all set! There is an abundance of linens, including beach towels, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. My husband, son and I particularly loved the lanai and pool. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises every morning overlooking the canal. There are so many fantastic restaurants, all within a 20-30 minute drive, that we couldn't possibly hit everyone that we wanted. Communication with the property manager was excellent- I had A LOT of questions, and she always replied within 5 minutes of my query. We're already looking at booking this property for next year!

Very nice but disappointed in pool!

This was a nice property in a nice neighborhood. Pros: Nice property, nice neighborhood, nice bikes, burrowing owls along bike route to check out, nice location, great to sit by canal. Cons: Pool did not get cleaned for two days after arrival and was too cold to use almost our entire stay. We could not increase temp as we were told - it was locked so we could not.

Fabulous Home, Fantastic Vacation!

This is a beautiful home and they did not buy cheap furniture and such, it is very comfortable and we enjoyed every moment. They have it set up with everything you need. The management team is wonderful to work with and very fast and helpful! They also provide 2 bikes and 2 Kayaks for use. That along with the heated pool was great because you enjoy staying at the home even more. We would love to go back many more times! And even though they allow small dogs, you would Never know it, no smell! I had my 4lb Pom and she loved it as well. I'd give them a 10 plus!!
