Are There More Than 5 Stars?

What a gem. The house is tastefully decorated and well laid out. Fully stocked even had coffee! Great beds and nice linens. Easy, clear instructions and great communication. But let's be truthful. Except to sleep on those great beds and making that coffee, every possible moment was spent on the incredible screened lanai or in the perfect heated lap pool, looking at the amazing views! Pure charm watching the parade of small craft go out or come back in. Never noisy just puttering out... The neighborhood is quiet and laid back.. Did I mention the view and the sunsets? What a great vacation spot! Close to great resturants but then you would need to leave the lanai. Highest rating

Enjoy the beauty

Very clean and beyond beautiful!!! Has everything you will need! Honestly there was not 1 thing that "we wish" they had. If it's at your current home..they have it and then some. Absolutely gorgeous 40x14ft pool!!!! Also at a canal intersection along with boat lift. Has some of the most beautiful sunsets I've ever seen in my life!! It's a corner lot so you have about 300+ feet of canal on the property. Has it's own turn around..own personal court really. Big kitchen/living room for entertainment. 4 different ways to get out to lanai..3 of which are double doors, 1 other goes to bathroom/shower. We only used 2 of the rooms, but beds are very comfortable!! House has all updated and working appliances, including new samsung washer/dryer. Kitchen sink/bar window overlooks pool/canal. Able to use the 2 car garage was a big plus. Also has doors to the outside in the garage and another in the laundry room. Have stayed in quite a few vacation rentals and this is by far the best place yet!! Very quiet with gorgeous landscaping. The next door house was for sale, but if someone is living there. That's the only people within talking distance.

This is a great property to stay and have a great time. Sunsets were beautiful, pool was very warm and has a lot of privacy. Everything was as described in the listing and more. Very clean and properly maintained. Shopping and restaurants were close and our overall experience was fantastic.
