TOP FLORIDA's Casa Primavera in Cape Coral is a wonderful home to spend the most valuable time of the year in - your Vacation! Casa Primavera is a large villa situated on the shores of a lagoon-style lake that does offer Gulf-access waterfront via Matlacha Pass - perfect for the serious fishing enthusiast. Experience the grandeur!
Casa Primavera is pet friendly (with approval). Cats are not permissible. Please note there is a $100 pet fee per dog and an additional pet addendum to sign. Our guests enjoy an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay over that per usage.
Please note, a full-size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from us as well.
