Your home away from home is located in SW Cape Coral and it is called Villa Jenny. This little gem is a beautifully decorated home with lots of privacy. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this pool home has a nice open floorplan, electric heated pool and spa all within a fully fenced in backyard. Pets are allowed and this home is perfect for all our little furry guests. The home is equipped with Cable TV and high speed wireless internet. and for entertaining your guests there a bbq grill is supplied. Local shopping is only a short drive away as this home is centrally located.

Important: This is a 3 bedroom home. 4 guests are included in the posted rates. Each additional guest in this home will be charged an ADDITIONAL FEE. Guests under 6 years of age are free of charge. For online reservations you will be able to add additional guests during the booking process.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. The pool was enjoyable (we had a some trouble with the pool controls. Could be operator error!). The yard was great for our dog. The kitchen is well stocked (many pots/pans, utensils, small appliances). My only cons-not enough TP or kitchen garbage bags, no facial tissues. Other than that, we were very happy with the property! Neighborhood feels safe.

Perfect Vacation House

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our annual January vacation at this rental property. Everything was beautifully maintained and the bedding was very comfortable. I usually bring a set of travel cooking knives as most rental properties are woefully inadequate in this regard, but I am happy to say that I didn't even need to unpack them during our stay. We hope to return next year !!

Great Stay in Cape Coral

The property was as described and worked perfect for our 3 week stay. We were able to enjoy ourselves at the pool while still working during our time at the house. The weather was perfect for us as well which definitely was a great break from the cold and snow in Indiana. The property managers were great and responded promptly to our questions and resolved any issues/concerns that we had during our stay. It is a great location close to Pine Island and beaches which made the stay even better.

Great quiet home.

Wonderful,clean quiet home for my wife and I and our dogs.We come to Cape Coral often just to get away from home.Everything about the house was perfect.Back porch and pool area was just right for some adult beverages and a cigar.The dogs loved the back yard,much smaller than ours but they still loved to explore.Several pairs of dove would call to us while floating in the pool.This is our favorite in the area!

Home needs a lot of updating, tvs in all rooms are not smart tvs! Impossible and very limited to view!!Sofa very uncomfortable, only seating in living room!Very dirty area rugs!Mattress worn out, not handicapped accessible,Have to go to store to purchase your own supplies of tp, paper towels garbage bags laundry supplies,Pool not wide enough for lapses due to shelf in deep end!

All TVs are equipped with cable service and Smart TV functionality via Roku sticks, allowing access to streaming options. We would have been happy to assist with setup if contacted. The sofa, rugs, and mattress are maintained regularly, but we’ll review their condition to ensure comfort. Starter supplies are provided, with additional items typically the guest’s responsibility, as outlined in our policies. The home is not marketed as handicap-accessible, and the pool design prioritizes versatility over lap swimming. We encourage guests to contact us during their stay so we can address any issues promptly. Kitchen has just been remodeled and all new furniture has been added in the last 12 months. Beware disabled adults

Everything was great except the cord did not work upon arrival. We e are both in our 70's and had trouble with entry and exit to pool and hot tub because no hand rail support. I am 100 percent disabled. Not good for anyone with health issues.

Refreshing Vacation

Great spot-period-but especially if you have a dog. The fenced back yard has enough space for our furry baby to sniff and stay close. The TV outback with the pool took swimming two notches up. The set up is spaciously comfortable. Some of the furniture could use an upgrade but it was still enjoyable. There’s a virtual concierge attached to the wall that makes finding what you’re looking for a breeze. The manager is friendly and easy to get into contact with. The neighborhood was calm and the residents were polite. Stores/Restaurants/Gas close by. Tips: Be prepared to wash/dry (for quicker turnover with housekeeping) Contact manager to override heat timer in pool/spa Floating Devices/Toys for the pool were in good condition There is an-unlisted-locked 4th room & a SUV in the garage-owners belongings-don’t be alarmed. We ended up staying an extra night-that’s just how much we enjoyed ourselves.

What out for. VRBO CHARGES

Stay was great except for washing machine not working properly. Beds and couch could use upstages as well. However, I was not happy with the VRBO extra fees that I didn’t know about. I will not go through VRBO again for vacationing.

Great place!

It was the perfect place! The pool is wonderful, the patio doors make the whole house accessible. Had a very comfortable stay and loved listening to the birds every morning. Hopefully will come back!

Relaxing stay

Relaxing, quiet property. The heated pool and spa was essential in January. My dog really enjoyed the fenced in yard. The kitchen is very well stocked.

Fantastic Property!

We were pleasantly that the house was even better in person than it appeared in the listing. The furnishings and decor were much better than the average rental property usually provides. The house had everything you could need and then some! The pool and spa were such a welcome addition to our stay. Our dog loved the fenced in yard to play.

Clean, well Maintained and Private

If Cape Coral is where you want to stay, you should strongly consider this house. Communication was excellent. The house was found very clean and ready on time. It's difficult to find a house this well equipped, everything from extra toilet paper, paper towels and even soap, shampoo, and toothpaste. As it was winter when we stayed we asked for pool heat. It was on and ready for our enjoyment when we arrived. One of the most private backyards we have ever stayed at. If we ever return to Cape Coral, this will be our first choice.

Over the top clean and plenty of amenities

Would be perfect for a family reunion or other big celebration.... too much space for our needs at the time. Great pool, fenced in yard is perfect for dogs, mgmt company was very kind and helpful.
