Located just one block from the Delaware Bay, this home offers beautiful sunsets and easy access to the beaches that are pet-friendly with no beach tags or parking meters. Enjoy a short walk to the Harpoon's bar and restaurant or a bike ride to the Cape May-Lewes Ferry terminal. The home sleeps 8-10, with the top floor offering a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a private balcony. The first floor features four bedrooms with double beds and a pass-through bedroom with a double bed, including a full bathroom. ****Please note: Linens and towels are not included - blankets and pillows are included. The home has 2-zone central air, forced-air natural gas heat throughout, and a gas fireplace in the family room. First and second-floor decks are perfect for morning coffee. The backyard area is fully fenced in and has a large deck with a paved patio and a large wood-burning fire pit, a propane gas grill, an outdoor table, chairs, and an umbrella. After a beach-filled day, cool off with an outside shower. A landscaped backyard provides privacy and shading. There are beach chairs, coolers, and a beach cart available to get everything you need to the beach or the bay. We have provided you with many of the amenities that you have at home: 4 smart Tv’s, digital cable, high-speed wireless internet, central air, microwave, toaster oven, Refrigerator, two coffee makers, 1 Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, washer/dryer, and parking for 4 -6 cars.

We had the best experience at this amazing house! We were so close to the beach and ultimately had the best time! The communication between the owner was amazing and he couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating! If we are ever in Cape May again I would 100% stay here again!

It was a pleasure to host April and her family traveling all the way from California. They left the house in immaculate condition. Even with a construction issue I had with a shower, April couldn’t have been nicer and understood the issue. I would welcome them anytime came back to Cape May. Just awesome guests.

The house was great, with an unusual layout that worked well for us....5 adults and a baby. Beautiful yard and convenient location a block from the bay Beach. Lots of seating on the back patio and deck plus a large firepit. Gas grill was clean and worked. The kitchen was the best equipped we've ever encountered at a rental. And the host was great. The dishwasher broke and He had it replaced and working in two days, hooking it up early Sunday morning. Ample selection of wine glasses as well as dishware. Can't say enough good about this rental and host.

Great place for a family vacation

We enjoyed staying at this home. It is decorated nicely and everything was clean and well maintained. The yard is beautifully landscaped. Easy 5 minute walk to the bay beach. Nice place for a family with a dog. I hope we can come back again soon!

My family, my parents, and my brother and his family (plus two dogs) enjoyed staying. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we loved how close the house is to the bay. Walking distance to the local bar didn't hurt either.

Unique home a block off the Delaware Bay beach

A great place to stay with plenty of room to spread out. We could walk down to the bay side beach each day and still have time to drive down to Cape May too. Great decks, outdoor shower and much more. Nels even had additional linens and towels available too.

Girls weekend!

Stayed here this past weekend. The home and yard were fantastic! There were 7 of us and had so much room! The outside was huge and the fire pit was huge! Everything was nice and clean and we all enjoyed it all! Would love to stay here again!
