With two guest villas and two casitas, this estate accommodates up to 14 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking an unforgettable retreat. Step outside to beautifully landscaped grounds, where the sparkling saltwater pool and spa invite you to take a refreshing dip or relax in the warm bubbles. Lounge chairs surround the pool, offering the perfect spot to soak up the sun or unwind in the shade.

For those who love outdoor activities, this property offers endless entertainment:

Inside, the estate is designed for both comfort and elegance. The Guest Villas feature:
★ Guest Villa #1 (left): 1 king bedroom, 1 King sofa sleeper, fireplace, full kitchen (no dishwasher), and a full bath with a soaking tub.
★ Guest Villa #2 (right): 1 king bedroom, 2 queen sofa sleepers, full kitchen, and a full bath.
★ Casita #1 & Casita #2: Each with 1 queen bed.

The interiors are thoughtfully decorated, and plush beds with premium linens ensure restful nights. The fully equipped kitchens provide everything you need to prepare meals, or you can elevate your stay with a private chef or catering service (available for booking after reservation—details provided in the welcome guide).

★ The estate is rented exclusively to one party at a time—no shared spaces with other guests.
★ Daily housekeeping is NOT included in the rental rate but can be arranged upon request.
★ Pool heating is NOT included in the rental rate. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, please contact us in advance. Heating fees vary by season and require two days to reach 90°F.

This was a beautiful property and the outdoor/pool area is amazing - the photos don't do it justice. We had a group of 10 people and were all very comfortable. Check in/out was seamless and the property manager and owner are quick to respond to any questions! Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful property, and made for an excellent girls trip! We were a group of 14 and found the property ideal for our group size. We had such a wonderful stay here for my friend’s bachelorette weekend. The ranch is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by gorgeous Santa Barbara scenery. It felt wonderfully private and removed from everything while still being convenient to all the places we wanted to visit.The house and guest spaces gave our group of 9 room to spread out, relax, and spend time together, and the setting made the whole weekend feel really special. It was the perfect home base for our trips to Los Olivos, Solvang, and the surrounding wine country, but we also genuinely enjoyed just being at the property.A beautiful and memorable place for a group getaway. We would happily stay here again!

This place was amazing! We did a family reunion/get together and everything from start to finish was easy and when we got on property, the space was better than pictures! There was so much to do for the kids, the pool was a great addition! Michelle was so communicative and great to work with. She answered all my questions with very quick response times and communicated everything effectively. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The home was very well kept, thoughtfully maintained, and had so much charm. Everything felt clean and cared for, and the property itself was lovely.Communication with the hosts was excellent throughout our stay. They were responsive, kind, and easy to work with, which made the experience very smooth.Unfortunately, we happened to visit during a heatwave, which made things more challenging than expected. The property does not have air conditioning, as noted in the listing, but given the unusually high temperatures, we unfortunately were not able to comfortably use the entire property as we had originally planned. We also experienced a minor ant issue, although we suspect this was more related to the extreme heat than anything to do with the property itself.Overall, we really appreciated the beauty and care that went into this home, as well as the excellent hospitality and communication. Under more typical weather conditions, we would absolutely have enjoyed being able to take full advantage of everything the property has to offer. We would happily recommend it to others.

I would rate the property and rental process a solid 9 /10. The owner was very nice upon our arrival and the property management was a pleasure to work with. The location was amazing! The sunsets were incredible! Enjoying a cup of coffee, poolside, watching the sunrise was just what I needed! Feedback was provided to tighten up guest experience at this property. That being said, our group absolutely loved the property and would recommend!

The space at this house is absolutely wonderful. We had the best time just relaxing and hanging out by the pool. The weather was absolutely wonderful - we were visiting from the Midwest. Michelle was extremely fast with communication and made sure we had all the details we needed prior to our arrival so we were able to relax from the moment we got there.
