This cottage boasts captivating views of the bay with a beautiful outdoor porch that is optimized for full enjoyment. The dock also doubles as an outdoor patio space for enjoying dinner al fresco or drinks with friends by the bay. Clean your fresh catch right at the dock on our new fish cleaning table!
Bay View Cottage offers a bright and airy, open-concept living/kitchen and dining area and also an en-suite bed/bath on the main floor. On the second floor there's another 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. This pristine residence is completely outfitted with everything you will need to make your vacation a comfortable and pleasant experience, including central A/C throughout, Satellite TV, Wifi Internet, BBQ Grill,
5-gallon water cooler and laundry facilities. There is also a pack-n-play for guests with little ones.

Our stay was delightful and the cottage is impeccably clean—-soooo nice. The conch salad was delicious and the mango bread an unexpected treat! The winds on the deck with our morning coffee was lovely and yes, we could see the ocean!

The house was perfect for us and Rebecca was fantastic with communication and coordinating a rental golf cart. We came over by boat so the dock was great to have and in great condition with power and water. Russell Island is quite and very friendly but only a short golf cart ride to numerous restaurants. The house was very clean and well stocked.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute, clean and cozy cottage. It was great to have a place to dock a boat and the owners were very kind and generous! We did lots of fishing and this was the perfect place to accommodate all the fish and conch we brought in and prepared. Fantastic property! Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Ross and Stella were lovely hosts, friendly, and helpful. They helped us reserve a cart and gave advice for the boating repair we needed. We appreciated the delicious conch salad and cookies they brought us. The dock was perfect for our 40’ catamaran. A manatee even came to visit a couple days. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Family Get away!

This was our 4th trip back to this VRBO in Spanish Wells! It is the PERFECT place to stay!!! Can’t imagine staying anywhere else! The Hosts are amazing! The dock is SO convenient and the cottage is laid out perfectly and has everything anyone would need. It deserves our highest recommendation and we can’t wait to come back!!!

Great hosts, awesome spot, clean house, perfect location! Ross was so great and even brought us down fresh conch salad. We’ve stayed at many places on Spanish Wells and this was by far our favorite property so far. We will most definitely be back!
