This complete remodeled 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom unit is one of the larger units (there are 2 sizes) within Sterling Sands with living room and master bedroom access to the 25' long gulf front balcony!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal at the end of a long day on the beach. The brand new dining room table seats 6 and has a wonderful view of the water. There are two seagrass bar stools for extra seating. The living room has a new queen pull out sleeper sofa, loveseat and chair for you to relax in at night while watching the new 55" flat screen TV. A wet bar with wine cooler is in the living room close to the extra-large balcony. Granite has been added to the wet bar area, also. A king size bed in the master bedroom has a view of the beach and water -- lay in bed and watch the dolphins playing right in front of you! There is a 55" flat screen TV so you can watch your favorite show after a long day at the beach. The master bath features an extra large, jetted, whirlpool tub and a newly tiled separate shower. The guest room has a queen bed and bunks so you can sleep 6 and not use the sleeper! We have just added a 55" flat screen TV to this room too! This guest room has full private access to the second full bathroom.

There is an eating table with 4 chairs and two chaise lounges on the balcony for relaxing and watching the evening sunset. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit to keep up with your laundry while you are away.

We have also made our outside beach closet available to our guests! There are sand chairs, some floats, sand toys, etc. for your enjoyment. Please feel free to add anything you buy and don't wish to take home for future guests.

The beach is accessed by two well-maintained boardwalks. They are lighted at night and each have two shower heads for cleaning up as you leave the beach. There is a small exercise room on property available for your free use.

Important: Please note that this unit has a max occupancy of 6 guests, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Arrival notes: Sterling Sands has open parking in the outside lot. You will need to check in at the HOA office at the West end of the parking garage to register your vehicle, and obtain a parking pass. If you check in after hours, please go to the HOA office the next morning to register your vehicle.

Note: Prior to arrival, you will receive a link to register. At that time, you will need to register for your stay and purchase wristbands $15.00 + tax, for any guests older than 5 years old.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Directly across the street is an amusement park, and go-carts and mini-golf are walking distance.

Please make sure and print the rental agreement which is attached to the VRBO reservation form as a PDF download so you have it for your records. Your booking of the unit is confirming you have read and accepted policies in the agreement.
