Amazing Ocean Views!! Clear glass balcony shows off this incredible beachfront property! We rent Saturday thru Saturday during peak summer months. May-August are the peak summer months! This vacation condo features a living area with 15-foot sliding glass doors overlooking the gulf and a master bedroom that is gulf-facing as well! Keyless entry on the 2nd floor. It also has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room area with a sleeper sofa. Accommodations include Master with king size bed, Smart TV, and a full bath including a tub and shower. Separate bedroom includes a queen-sized bed with a flat-screen Smart TV and a full bath. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area that sleeps two adults or two children comfortably. Pack-n-play in the spare closet for littles. Beach towels provided. Sleeps 6 adults/children. We are in unit 202.

Endless Summer Sterling Sands Unit 202 is an eight-story condominium complex in the heart of Destin FL. It is an excellent vacation spot for families and couples. Sterling Sands features a heated Gulf front pool and outdoor hot tub. The beach area is large and gorgeous and there are beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent.

This property exceeds the photos. It was spotless especially coming from someone who is considered a germaphobe. It was spacious and it had everything necessary for a fantastic week. Family Spring Break Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo at Sterling Sands. The condo was exactly as the pictures depicted and was beautiful. The communication from the owner was informative, timely, and accurate. The check-in process was smooth, and we had a contact while we were there if there were any concerns (which was never needed as we had no concerns while we stayed). The condo was extremely clean with everything that we needed. We loved the incredibly beautiful beach, the heated pool, and all of the amenities. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation together. We would love to come back to this location and would certainly recommend for anyone else that is interested. Thanks for the wonderful memories for our family.

I did not like that the beach would not let us use our own umbrellas. The umbrellas we rented were horrible. They were not adjustable and provided minimal shade. Condo was beautiful, loved the wide balcony.

Our new #1 choice!

My incessant searching for the right property for our family vacation this year paid off - this property is perfection! The check in process was so easy, and I loved the communication from Kim in the days leading up to our stay. Any question I had was quickly answered and all the helpful information (best food stops!) was above and beyond. The property itself was even cleaner than I anticipated, and all the necessary amenities were fully stocked which was super helpful. My partner and I love to cook and LOVED that the (gorgeous) kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools we needed. The full size pantry was a huge plus for storage! Another huge perk were the provided beach towels, kids beach toys, and beach chairs. The spaciousness was perfect for two adults, one 15yo and one 4yo. You won't be disappointed with the beauty of this property on the inside and the breathtaking views that come with it! The view was so beautiful that even my teen and toddler passed up screen time to sit out on the balcony when we weren't playing in the sand :) Thank you Kim for such a perfect stay!!!

Theo condo was absolutely perfect. The owner is wonderful which makes all the difference. I am a germaphobe and there were zero issues. It was spotless.The condo is on the third floor, right by the trash shute and a stairwell. Because it is next to the end, we never heard, or saw, anyone near our room. We didn’t have to walk to dispose of trash, and could walk right up to our room or take the nearby elevator.When you enter the condo the guest room is on the left with a queen size bed and direct access into the bathroom next to it. The bathroom also has access from the hall. There is a laundry closet on the right and then you pass the full kitchen on the right and come into the dining and living room. Just to the left is the spacious master suite with a king size bed, nice walk-in closet, and access to the balcony. USB access is available on the bedside tables, which was nice. The king size bed is firm and all the linens are very nice. They also have 4 beach chairs in the closet and I believe there were beach towels, but we brought our own. The living room furniture is comfy as well. The balcony is one of the bigger ones with great views.On top of all of this, you can be anywhere is mere minutes. This will be our go to place in the future! I am so glad we booked with Kim and look forward to more stays in her beautiful condo in the future!
