Beautiful property- Enjoyed our week at the beach! 2 walk-in showers (tub in primary also) were perfect for us as well as easy access to beach! Super convenient to fantastic restaurants. Never felt crowded with plenty of chairs available on the beach (right on the water) and at the pool. Condo has been beautifully updated!

AJ was very easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. Parking was great because we had our own designated parking space and it was so convenient to the elevator. The condo was very spacious & decorated beautifully with an amazing view of the pool & ocean. We definitely want to visit this condo again.

Great rental!! The view and short access to the beach was fantastic. Pool was a nice option. Condo is well appointed. Roomy and was clean. The walls in the main bath need to be cleaned and the rug in the dining area had a strange stain on it, beyond normal wear. These are two minor areas to address. The host responded to questions very quickly. It was a terrific stay.

This was a beautiful condo and had a wonderful oceanfront view. The check-in process was easy and the room had a garage space for us to use. We would stay in the condo again in the future.

THE VIEW Is everything! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It’s a very clean condo, that’s close to lots of food options and that has a ton of fun activities to do near by. The walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes. It was a perfect stay. Thank you for having us! And Thank you again for being such a responsive host.

Ac went out on Saturday and did not get fixed until Monday afternoon. I asked for a reimbursement for the two days because we could not sleep there. He has not responded.

The Cleaning people told me that the AC was fine Saturday. The guest told me Sunday at 12:20 afternoon that the AC will not go below 72. Later in evening at 6:30 PM I was told that the AC froze up. I just had the AC regular maintenance done a couple months earlier. The AC tech told me that this happens when the balcony doors are left open. I talked to AC people to get the fan running inside the unit but they could not fix it right away as the system has to defrost first. They came first thing next day Monday morning and the AC person informed me that it was comfortable in the condo when he went to check. I paid extra to get part expedited and got the AC fixed by same day Monday afternoon. The renters were black mailing me by saying that they will write a bad review if I did not give them money back for two days even though they froze the unit by leaving the sliding doors open and it was fixed in less than 24 hours.

The balcony alone was worth it! Love having access to the private beach area. The condo was very clean and the host was communicative. A few tips: bring extra TP, trash bags, Laundry and Dishwasher detergent. Bring your own beach towels and puzzles/games. There were some extra sand toys, boogie boards and even a little cooler at the time of our visit.

Great vacation!

Great location, great condo, and a fantastic vacation!! The condo is perfect for a small family and we loved the location (walking distance to The back Porch and mini golf)! The beach service was a big perk! Highly recommend!

This condo and view of the Gulf was absolutely fabulous. Very clean and well stocked with tons of kitchen supplies! Easy access to pool, beach and on-site gym! AJ was an excellent host. Highly recommend!

Nice Condo

We really enjoyed this condo. The view was amazing and there were a lot of cooking utensils available. There was a washer and dryer, beach toys, floaties, chairs, a small cooler for the beach. We really had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
