We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. The views were truly amazing and made the whole experience even more special. We also really appreciated how well-stocked the refrigerator was—it was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we will definitely be coming back!

We absolutely loved our stay at SeaView Retreat. Tania and Mike are wonderful hosts. The apartment is so well set up with everything we needed for a wonderful family weekend. A beautiful home with a fabulous view. Can’t wait to come back.

We couldn’t ask for anything more ,it was absolutely beautiful ,Tania was amazing and made us feel so welcome,there was milk fresh eggs bread fruit ,tea and coffee and anything else you can think off.View from the deck is priceless.We look forward to coming back and stay a bit longer.

Great views - lovely property

Great little getaway for a staycation. Lovely walks down to the seafront. Exceptionally well kitted out and luxurious inclusions. Breakfast fixings and other bits and pieces a real bonus.

Waiheke Island views from beautiful accommodation

Beautiful, very safe area. Easy ferry ride into city where we saw a pod of orca! The property was immaculate, well stocked and tastefully styled. Tania was helpful and informative Highly recommend!

Fantastic All Around

Tania is great. Has a beautiful place with great views. Provide extras like food and laundry and local taxi service recommendation that worked out great for us. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful accommodation

We were very pleased with our stay. Walkable to the local complex and the beach walkways. The view of the sea was a treat from the deck. Everything we could have needed and wanted was provided. The decor is very tasteful and comfortable. Tania made us feel very welcome and we will be back again.

What a beautiful place and the most gracious host! We absolutely loved our stay in Beachlands. Plenty of room for 5 adults (one stayed in the rompus room. What an amazing stocked pantry and Tania went above and beyond as our host! Thank you for a great start to our NZ - AUS adventure!

Wonderful host and excellent accommodations

Tania is wonderful. She welcomed us when we arrived and gave us some helpful information about what to see in the area. She had everything ready for us and it was so comfortable and welcoming. Very clean and neat. The view is perfect! Great place to stay. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The property is beautifully appointed and had an amazing amount of supplies for meals, snacks, etc. Tania was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay, even assisting us with working out logistics of a day trip we had planned. Would totally recommend this for your home away from home.

Weekend in Beachlands

Pretty simple really, everything was excellent from start to finish. Beachlands is a great location you wouldnt know you were in Auckland, nice and quiet but only a short ferry ride to the city. We found the property clean tidy and well presented. Would stay here again for sure, Tania went out of her way to make us feel welcome, It is an excellent place to stay.
