A charming 'Provencal' house which is situated at the foot of the ancient village of Menerbes. It is an excellent area for walking, cycling and other outdoor activities. The house has a large terrace covered with trees, to provide a cooling shade from the summer sun. The property has two living room areas, a large open kitchen with dining table. One living room is equipped with satelite TV a large open fireplace. The swimming pool is a new one. It is fully equipped with a safety alarm for children.
The house is situated close to many of the stunning villages of Provence.
The house is made available for holiday rental purposes when the owner is not using it. Previously it was the principal residence of the owner.

What makes this property unique
Our house is atypique in that it is uniquely presevered in the Provence style without having undergone a modern transformation that eliminates the charm and authenticity of the Provence experience. In particular the original stone work as well as unique features internally which ensure our house has a natural ability to adjust to the seasons and charm the whole year round.
