Welcome to Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club, Unit #3-202! This beautiful, DIRECT oceanfront condo is Hawaiian Living at it's finest! Hear the ocean directly from the living room, lanai, and master bedroom. This condo is located on the 2nd floor of building 3. The condo has beach gear available for your convenience, and is fully equipped to help you have the perfect vacation.
Enjoy watching TV in the living room and the 2nd bedroom for your leisure. You will have a spectacular time staying in this beautiful direct oceanfront condo.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children and other water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.
One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.
The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to use.
The Big Island is also known as the golf capital of Hawaii with 16 courses, 11 that are located in West Hawaii. There is a new driving range called the "Swing Zone" located near the Kailua Pier, for anyone who wants to brush up on a short stay.

Outdated and Pests

Roaches- not a few, but a lot. I expect an occasional roach on the island, but the kitchen (especially) was infested. I previously stayed in a unit down the hall without this issue. The unit is extremely outdated and worn, and only the kitchen has been renovated. It was disappointing. The view and the location cannot be beat, which is why I chose this complex again. You will fall asleep every night to the sound of the surf. The sunsets are beautiful. There are several beaches nearby. While that can't be beat, we were extremely disappointed in the condition of the unit and the bug issue.

Wonderful stay in nice condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in 3-202. The Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club is well maintained as is this condo. The views of the ocean are spectacular. The furniture is comfortable and in good shape. Knutson & Associates was very easy to deal with. I would have liked it if the bed in the main bedroom was bigger but other than that everything was terrific.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are 2 adult women, world travelers and bffs for 50 years. We rent condos and houses worldwide when we travel. Our experience at Unit 3202 could not have been better. There was plenty of room, the lanai an absolute treat for relaxing, and stargazing at night and we loved the location (close to town but not in it) - we loved it all. The grounds were amazing, we even discovered ancient tiki's keeping watchful eyes over the queen's bath as we strolled the black sand beach! Personal recommendation - if you're considering Nighttime Manta Ray it! Amazing! We had one minor snafu, but a text was immediately responded to, and everything taken care of. We really appreciated that too. We would not hesitate to share this place with friends, and we're already talking about our next trip.

Tired old condo with great view

Some outlets didn't work, main tub water came out halfway in the shower head and half in the tub spicket, outside sun diffuser screen malfunction, and a few cockroaches.

Beautiful Ocean View Condo

Beautiful location right on the ocean front. No air conditioning as stated in the listing - I personally will choose a unit with AC in the future (my personal preference)
