Welcome to Paradise! You found the perfect condo for your Hawaiian Vacation. 2-103 at the Surf & Racquet Club is a gorgeous, 2 bedroom, 2 bath DIRECT oceanfront ground floor property. This property has EVERYTHING you'll need. Wifi, Beach Gear, all available for your convenience.
The owners have extensively remodeled the entire Kitchen in March of 2017!! See the photos!

Unit#2-103 has the accommodations available to sleep 6! Air Conditioning available for use!

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting.

The large, newly remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts.

One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago.

The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to use.
The Big Island is also known as the golf capital of Hawaii with 16 courses, 11 that are located in West Hawaii.

The owners of Unit#2-103 want to provide the best service possible for their guests.
Knutson & Associates will offer guests who book Unit#2-103 the following additional services as a benefit, to you, the guest!
1. You have a complimentary concierge service to make Activity Reservations if you so desire to utilize
2. Need us to go grocery shopping or pick up certain items from the store before you arrive? We can ensure everything is in the property waiting for you upon your arrival! (Additional Service Charge Will Apply)
3. Any guests who book 14 nights or longer will receive a Fruit Basket upon their arrival as a gift from the owner.
4. Face to Face Arrival/Departure Experience Offered Complimentary! All guests who book KKSR#2-103 have the option of meeting Property Management Staff upon their arrival to go over property specifics. We will turn on any fans/lights and ensure you enter into a comfortable inviting environment!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great location. Such great coastline activity like the waves breaking over the cliffs and onto the property. Pool was really nice. Not crowds of people, just very relaxing and a great place to get away to. Only negatives were the walking path along the cliff edge and how much cleanup is required of the customer. I fell onto the lava rocks walking on the path because of the golf ball sized rocks sticking up out of the path. Why would anyone think this is a good idea or that it is safe??? Disappointed to learn how much cleaning we had to do before leaving too. With the exception of the floors we had to clean everything else including laundry.

It truly is a special place to relax and experience the beauty of the Kona coast. We're sorry to hear about your fall on the coastal trail and hope you weren't injured. The shoreline walking path is maintained by the association and follows the natural lava coastline, which can be uneven in places. We always encourage guests to use caution while enjoying the spectacular ocean views. We're also sorry there was confusion regarding our departure instructions. Laundry is not required before check-out, and we apologize if that expectation was unclear. Our check-out procedures are intended to be simple and help our housekeeping team prepare the home for the next guests, but washing linens or towels is not one of the required tasks. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience, and we're delighted that the stunning location and relaxing setting made your stay an enjoyable one overall. Great ocean view for watching sunset. Short drive to Magic Sands Beach. Everything you need for beach day was provided and nice little welcome package. Everything clean, fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. AC was great, with ceiling fans in all spaces including the lanai. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for 4 adults.

The location of this condo is perfect, easy to get to many places, and it has a well appointed kitchen with just about every appliance you could need. There’s beautiful landscaping with plenty of parking, the beds were very comfortable and the outdoor seating area was great. However, it is in need of a thorough cleaning and general maintenance; the cold air return in both bathrooms are caked with dust, there is discolored grout in one of the bathrooms, we found a dead cockroach under one of the beds, and the woodwork around the laundry room area is in bad shape. It makes me wonder what type of regular cleaning is being done and why isn’t simple maintenance being performed?

That said, we take your concerns regarding cleanliness and maintenance very seriously. What you described is not the standard we hold for our homes. We have already followed up with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to address the items you mentioned, including a deep clean of vents, grout treatment, and inspection of the areas noted. The condition of the woodwork is also being reviewed for repair. Regarding the pest concern, while occasional insects can occur in our tropical environment despite regular professional treatments, we understand this is never a pleasant experience and are reinforcing preventative measures. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it allows us to take immediate corrective action and ensure a better experience for future guests.

Wonderful Stay

We usually get a big house but needed to stay a couple of nights before we could stay with family so we found this beautiful place. Right on the ocean and very clean accommodations. There is a little beach area you can walk to. The whole experience was very nice. Thank you for sharing your home!!

Relaxing vacation with kids

Spent a wonderful and relaxing 10 days at this property with my kids (5 and 8). The condo was clean and quiet, lanai had beautiful views, kitchen was well stocked, furniture was comfortable. All around a perfect vacation, and I’d definitely stay again on a future trip. Mahalo!

Great condo in a great location. Simple access to the condo with no key to worry about. It was easy in and easy out every day. Perfect view of the daily sunset. First floor condo made it easy to pathway and view the sunsets. Quiet place with only the crashing waves being heard. The condo was well furnished. It had quite a selection of beach gear. It even had a fishing pole! Definitely will stay here again

Great Location!

Very close to great snorkeling. Condo had towels and everything you need to have fun at the beach. The air conditioning worked great. The grounds are beautiful and the sunset views were outstanding. Very comfortable and clean. Only one minor issue was not having a designated parking spot. Would stay here again.
