Amazing cottage. Built with care with every little detail in mind. We had a great time in the hot tub and the sunset views were absolutely amazing. Highly recommend. Little piece of paradise
If you're looking for the ultimate weekend escape, look no further! We stayed at the most charming cabin right by the water. Sue has thought of everything, from the perfectly quaint decor to the cozy wam fireplace, to the hot tub under the stars! It felt like our home away from home. It was the perfect unplug and recharge weekend for us!! Can't wait for our next stay!!
Very cozy cabin with a warm, welcoming feel. We loved that board games were readily available—it was a great touch. Although it was too cold to enjoy the pier this time, we’d love to come back and try it in warmer weather. The cabin was clean and well organized, and it was a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of NYC. It gave us the perfect chance to breathe and unwind after all the wedding planning.
The house is in a perfect and scenic spot. The views, friendly people and amenities were everything we needed to relax and enjoy family time. Very conveniently located if you want to shop but cozy and quiet at the house.
Location was perfect. Kitchen was fully equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Cute decor. Thoughtful touches like Adirondack chairs, available firewood, sound bar, blankets for watching the sunset...a wagon to walk your belongings to the beach. Local fishing is great.
My husband and I really enjoyed Sue’s cabin which had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Loved watching the sunset over the North East River, as well as the Hummingbird feeder through the picture window and the hot tub was a lovely way to end our days! We would love to stay again.
A perfect end to the summer! Absolutely lovely cabin for our family (kids age 8 and 10), we enjoyed s'mores by the fire, the beach at the end of the road, dinner under the stars, and the amazing views. Host was incredibly helpful and responsive and the home was fully equipped for cooking, beach activities, and more. I wish we could have stayed longer!
We had a wonderful stay at your cabin. Everything we needed was provided. Very clean and comfortable. The sunsets were worth the trip alone. So quiet and peaceful. Would definitely love to come and stay again. The Communication with the owner was wonderful. Lots of hummingbirds coming and going at the feeder in the front yard and even got to see two eagles one morning! What a beautiful spot!
Great property and good location! Nice with basic paper supplies, cleaning supplies and seasonings. We used the grill and hot tub, and watched a sunset in those big chairs!
Everything about the Red Point Cabin was awesome! Sue was a remarkable communicator from the moment I booked the property. She sent informative messages that offered plenty of options of things to do around the cabin. The cabin itself was cozy and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for a weekend away. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, as was all of the provided firewood for the fire pit. However, the location is what really made this wonderful place spectacular! From the excellent view of sunset from the front yard to the proximity to community beaches and Elk Neck State Park, Red Point Cabin was the perfect spot for us! Cannot recommend this property enough, especially knowing how awesome the owner is.
We had a wonderful stay! Really enjoyed the eagles and osprey. The hot tub was amazing and the fire pit was nice to enjoy in the cold weather. All amenities were there that we needed, the location is great and the town is really cute. We will be back!
My friends and I wanted a relaxing getaway with beautiful views and that is exactly what we got. Sue was so wonderful and when there was a massive snowstorm expected to come on our arrival date, she offered to change the dates to accommodate us. Everything was wonderful and we had the best stay.
We loved our stay here. I visited with my teenagers and we all enjoyed swimming at the dock and the beach. The house was great and had everything we needed, and the location, with stunning views of the bay and a short drive to the town of North East, was perfect. We all want to come back again!
From the very beginning, the host was friendly, responsive and enjoyable to work with. The property was beautiful, had all amenities and was just as advertised. The neighborhood was quite and perfect for disconnecting from the day-to-day. Highly recommend this host and property.

Employed in the advertising industry most of our lives, my husband and I wanted a place to get away and de-stress - we found the perfect spot in our Red Point Cabin. Many years when we were dating, we camped at Elk Neck State Park and ventured to Annapolis on a friends boat. Super convenient and easy to get to quickly, we decided to plant roots here to raise a family. Our criteria was "no Aqua, no Sunset, no sale" We found the perfect best kept secret ever in North East Maryland.
