Clean, spacious, artsy loft-style apartment sleeps 2 or 3 comfortably. With 900 square feet, there's plenty of space to relax after your Sedona adventures.
Top location between Uptown and West Sedona: next door to Starbucks, Vitamin Cottage, and fantastic Picazzo's Organic Italian Restaurant. Within a short drive from major trail heads. Whole Foods, and many other restaurants within minutes.
Enjoy free WIFI (150Mb) and amazing views from your private, shaded balcony. You'll love the new mattresses, fresh new linens, fully-stocked kitchen, custom bath with shower, and in-unit washer and dryer.

* 1 bedroom with king bed and fresh, new, mattress and cotton bedding. This is a Loft-Style bedroom, where the walls do not touch the ceiling and there is no physical door.
* 1 full bathroom with a bathtub, custom-tile, all natural soaps and a hairdryer.
* Large Kitchen with granite counter tops, refrigerator with cold filtered water. You dine at the over-sized bar: your eat-in kitchen.
* Full stocked with coffee maker, blender, toaster, plenty of pots, as well as coffee, tea, basic spices and condiments.
* 1 designated parking spot: fully shaded to keep car cool.
* Full-size washer and dryer for which we gladly provide detergent. Iron+board for your convenience.
* Of course WiFi and on 2 Smart TVs to connect to your preferred apps.
* We like things clean, so all mattresses and pillows are encased with bug and mite-proof covers.

Loft 2 is one of four, located in a modern new building. One floor up with a gradual 18-step stairway (no elevavator!), the offices below are open only during business hours.

We fell in love with this Loft because of its stellar location in addition to it is newly renovated, bright and modern design, with an open floor plan, high ceilings and awesome views. Many restaurants are within walking distance as is the Starbucks next door.
What makes this property unique
This apartment Loft is a rare gem as so many condos in Sedona are older. The 12 foot high ceiling make the loft airy and the upscale furniture bring a cozy, clean touch. If you like an artsy clean modern look you will like this. Plus the location is superb: easy access to 400 miles of trails and lots of local places.
