Perfect location

The host responded every time I asked a question. The location is absolutely perfect for those of us that can't afford oceanfront. Cross the road and you are at the pool and a few more steps you are on the beach.You can't go wrong with this place!

A Perfect Coastal Retreat

Our recent stay at this Topsail Island vacation home exceeded all expectations. As frequent visitors to the area, this property quickly became one of our all-time favorites.The spaciousness of the home was immediately impressive, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Great place to stay if you have a bigger family! The walk to the pool and the beach is very short if you have little ones too. The place is nice and kept up well. My family loved it here and we will be back. Thank you!

Property was in an ideal location and the sunsets were beautiful. We were actually in town for a memorial service for my brother(check out Eternal Reefs) and due to the size of our party we had two houses to accommodate sleeping arrangements, but there was plenty of room for all of us to do meals together at either home.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our beach vacation in this home. It is spacious, well appointed and convenient to everything. The sound view from porches is beautiful. It is well furnished and the kitchen well stocked. The owners are excellent. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Excellent Beach House!

We had a great stay!! The owner is awesome and had great communication through the whole process of booking and during the stay! We will definitely book again in the future. Close to the beach but on the sound side so you have your peace and quite too. The pool was a fantastic bonus and great for the littles. Each bedroom and common room was clean and well kept, kitchen is also fully loaded with everything you may need! Definitely recommend this beach house to anyone looking ☺️

Great vacation house

The house is on the sound side, only a short walk to the pool and beach access. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, it is very comfortable for a group of 12. My favorite thing about the house is the screened back porch off the living room / dining area overlooking the sound. The sunsets over the sound are amazing.

We had a Merry Christmas!

My husband's parents joined us from Louisiana for a week at the beach for Christmas. The house was beautifully decorated and well stocked with kitchen supplies for cooking. Bed linens were provided. The communication with the host was excellent. This was our best and less stressful holiday ever!
