Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse on a golf course. Each bedroom comes with it's own bathroom and TV. The half bath is located downstairs. The living room is furnished with a full size sofa sleeper as well. All three bathrooms have updated flooring, vanity and toilet. All new flooring, updated kitchen with new cabinets, granite and subway tile backsplash. Jail broken Amazon fire sticks and wireless internet is available for your enjoyment. Washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen: cookware, flatware, dishes, cutlery, small appliances, coffee and spices. Linens included.

This townhouse is conveniently located between the back gate of Camp Lejeune (direct route 25 mins) and Cherry Point (30 mins).

Convenient location not far from the beach

We really enjoyed our stay, the property was clean and comfortable. The owner made several recomendations for places to eat and things to do. The only problems we had was the A/C stopped working but the owner worked with us to get the issue resolved and was very qiuck with responding to my messages

Great town home with a gorgeous golf course sunset view

Very quiet town home about 10 minutes from the water located in a golf course. Very sweet town home with necessities provided for a very homey comfortable stay. Plenty of towels, sheets, and sufficient kitchen items for a very easy stay. The view is great at any time of day! The sunset view from the back is gorgeous most nights and there is a small lake that makes it incrediblely relaxing! There is also a pool and tennis courts as well!

Our stay was great! Rained a lot, and there is a problem with sliding glass door, so most days we woke up to a puddle at the back door. No can opener or iron found (we found an ironing board though) We still really enjoyed our stay, and would book again ☺

Clean but very uncomfortable

The condo clean but was horribly maintained. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Every bathroom had stuff broken including the ceiling falling down in the shower. The light out front and in the laundry room was burned out. I was afraid once I sunk into the sofa I wouldn’t be able to get out. The seats for dining table were metal. The limited linens were extremely thin. We only slept there while remodeling our rental house and almost went to a hotel even though we had already paid so we could get a comfortable nights sleep. I’ve been a landlord for almost 30 years and I wouldn’t rent this out. We also paid damage insurance but were charged a damage deposit that we haven’t received back yet.

Beautiful place:)

I loved how clean and nice the place was decorated and had everything we needed:) Vanesa is helpful, has quick replies, and willing to fix any situation. Although there was one thing, the first night my friend and I found a baby roach and hoped there wouldn’t be more and then later in the week there were two more roaches and they were big. Roaches are known to be hard to keep out so just keep watch and hopefully it can be permanently fixed :) other than that, everything was awesome. God bless✨

Rednecks at the beach

The beds were uncomfortable, we had issues with the air and the TVs but the landlord was quick to respond and get someone out to fix it. We didn’t agree with having to wash, dry, fold, and put away the towels as we did pay for a cleaning fee after we left. Also the trash dumpster being off site was somewhat inconvenient. We did enjoy the stay and would more than likely rerent from this landlord again. The “golf course” this property sits on is in repair from the recent hurricane and you can’t access the pool or anything associated with it at this time.

Exactly As Described

My family and I had a great stay inside of this nicely renovated home with a exceptional interior design. There are nice beds, enough pillows, closet space, drawers, and TV's in both rooms and downstairs. The contact person Mrs. Vanesa updated us on all the information about checking in, which she allowed my family to come a few hours early. Plus, quickly resolving the only issue we had about the locked laundry area. Also, this property is in a good location of everything you need and want to do in the area. Apprieciatively

We had everything we needed. Vanessa was great. We had a couple things that needed attention and she responded quickly and took care of them immediately. Parking was an issue so I would recommend marking the parking space(s) that are for the townhouse.

Very impressed - 5/5 clean, spacious, many nearby activities

I was very impressed by the inside and have nothing negative to say. Very clean, smelled fresh, had a modern look, and much more spacious than what the pictures show. A couple hints: Go to HappyCakes Cupcakery ~30 minutes away, they won cupcake wars and definitely have the best cupcakes I've ever tasted. There is also every restaurant and store you could ever want to go to up there. Also, there are many Uber/Lyft drivers in the area for beach access if one location is too crowded to park, etc.

Nice property

We really enjoyed the house. It was close enough to the beach and conveniently located near the grocery store but far enough out of the beachy area that we were able to rest and have down time. The house was clean, had all of the amenities of home (i.e. toilet paper, cups, silverware, plates, bowls, towels and cleaning supplies etc.) We really enjoyed sitting on the back patio and watching the sunset over the golf course and pond. The pool was great! Very clean, had restrooms right there and was only a very short walk from the back door. I would recommend this townhome and would stay there again.

Why they chose this property

I love this home because it is just the right size. Each bedroom has privacy with its own bath and tv. It is right on the golf course and steps to the pool. Very close to the beach and bases but just far enough away to be super quiet and relaxing.
