Completed in June of 2016. This beautiful white cedar sided house is just 2 short blocks to Rehoboth Ave and 2 blocks to the beach. The house has an open floor plan including large kitchen/dining area open to new 22' x 22" living room with large flat screen TV with vaulted ceilings. The first floor will have 3 master bedrooms, including a large 18' x 24' private master suite at the rear of the house which includes wet bar, washer/dryer and private entrance. The kitchen and dining has a large dining table and large kitchen island, custom cabinets and granite countertop.

The house has a large open front porch with room for both relaxing and dining, there is also a side yard patio with pergola, Propane grill, and outdoor dining area

The second floor features 3 additional master bedroom suites and washer/dryer.

Perfect family getaway!

We had an absolutely wonderful week for a large multigenerational family. The location truly couldn’t be better. Beautiful quiet neighborhood but only steps away from the beach and boardwalk. The size of the house was perfect for 3 kids and all of the grownups and the two washers/dryers helped us keep the laundry under control and large living spaces made sure we never felt crowded. David was a perfect host, welcoming and attentive with great communication. Would highly recommend for families or a larger group.

Squad weekend

Family fun

Three generation family vacation - great week for all! Especially appreciate the quick responses from the property manager. Would definitely recommend this property - well stocked (no whisk or mixer that we could find), but otherwise all was fantastic!!! We liked the location - close to Rehobeth Ave - lots of shopping and restaurant possibilities!

Location!

We came for the Rehoboth marathon and stayed for 3 nights. The location is perfect! Very close proximity to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc. The house is exactly as advertised. We cooked one night and it has all the kitchen utensils needed. David, the manager was super responsive. We had a small issue with warm water and he came to check and fix right away. Great stay, highly recommend!

Perfect for our family getaway

Overall, great place for large families! Plenty of space for everyone to relax. We are a cooking family so worried a bit on kitchen tools but was pleasantly surprised to see everything we needed was already available. My only minus, you have to bring everything or rent. Towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Not a show stopper but a pain for those traveling by air. Will be back next year!

Great beach and town location…

This home had a lot of room to relax and hangout. We loved the front porch. The side porch was fine for grilling. The kitchen is very well stocked. If you’re looking to be close to shopping and restaurants and pubs, this is the spot! If you’re looking for quiet, not so much as it’s at a very busy intersection. We knew that ahead of booking, so we had no problem. David is great to work with. He responds quickly and is very helpful. One washing machine is not working, but even with our large family, we were fine with one. We would definitely book again, but our kiddos are growing and we need more bedrooms. Overall, it was a great experience! Thank you, David.

The house is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach with restaurants and shops just a block away. It’s well-furnished and up-to-date. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking large family meals. Communication with David was seamless. He was responsive and helpful when needed. Overall, a solid choice for a beach getaway.

Bachelorette Getaway

My friends and our moms stayed at this beautiful home for a bachelorette getaway. We wanted a chill beach weekend with ease of access to the beach and main street for shopping and bars. This house gave us exactly that and more!! Check in and check out was so simple and our host David was helpful and responsive leading up to, and during, our stay. 10/10 recommend.

Girls Weekend Getaway

Sisters and few daughters spent a weekend at David's place, it was the perfect location for walking to shops, restaurants and brisk boardwalk stroll. The house had all the right amenities and just the right size for our group to enjoy a relaxing weekend. David was very accommodating to any of our request and I would highly recommend renting a property from him. A big thanks to David for the Maryland Ave. weekend we spent at his place, everyone had a wonderful time!

Superb spot for Family gathering

We had a marvelous stay. The property was perfect for our group to spend time together. The kitchen, dining & living space arrangement made it easy for everybody to mingle and chat. The bedrooms were comfortable and each having a private bath was very convenient. Proximity to town and beach was very comfortable for our group. Overall, we were all very satisfied with our stay.

Rehoboth Beach House

It was the perfect house for a birthday weekend at the beach for my fiancé. The house is beautiful and spacious with an ideal location – steps away from Rehoboth Ave and the beach. It comfortable slept 6 couples and each bedroom had a bathroom which was greatly appreciated. David was incredibly easy to work with and the perfect host.

We hold a little retreat for family and friends every year. House was perfect for us. Every room had it's own bathroom so couples have their privacy. Easy walking distance to restaurants and beach. Open areas were great for gather together. Parking was a bit tight.

Great house for groups

We had a great week, spacious house and well located for both beach (can walk) and the main drag of Rehoboth. Comfortable space, great kitchen to cook for large groups. We were 13 people in total (5 kids) and the house worked very well for us.

Our stay at the house was fantastic! The location couldn’t be better - a couple blocks from the beach and close to the shops and restaurants downtown. The listing was spot on; everything was as described. Clean house, comfortable spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms-perfect for our large extended family! David was a great host!

Family Reunion

Great location, having a bathroom for each bedroom and 2 washers and dryers a real plus. Large dining table great for big family meals. Kitchen equipped for any type of meal we wanted to prepare. Two dishwashers. Two refrigerators was nice although neither one had filtered water dispenser. (Would have been nice if things like toilet paper, hand soaps, and kitchen and bath towels would have been provided) Overall, our family had a nice stay.
