Awesome 11th Floor Beach Views at Surfside!

Welcome to Surfside! Our spacious 2br/2 bath fully renovated Condo, has a spectacular view of the breathtaking emerald waters and the white sandy beach's of Destin.

Our beautiful Condo features a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, flat screen TV, wicker desk, large walk-in closet and a spectacular view of the Gulf of America. The very large master bathroom includes a washer/dryer with granite counter tops.

The second bedroom is on the opposite end of the Master, enclosed with decorative French doors, two full/small queen beds, full bath w/tub and flat screen TV.

The living area is open to the dining room and features a pullout couch, one comfy chair, a flat screen TV and ceiling to floor sliding glass doors with access to the spacious tiled patio and spectacular view of the Gulf of America.

This property was perfect! Beautifully well kept condo in the perfect location. Directly across from the beach with a bridge walkway from the resort. Owners were very friendly and super easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

The location and the amenities are awesome. The condo was great, but the dining chairs and recliner need to be replaced. We would definitely rent this property again. The owner, Wendy was very responsive to our needs. We loved the month of March in this condo.

The condo was wonderful! It was very clean and decorated nicely. The spaciousness allowed my teenagers to have their space and the large balcony was used a lot. The owners were very responsive with any question that arose. I would highly recommend this condo! Looking forward to going back again sometime!!

This is a fabulous condo. Very comfortable has everything you need to make your stay easy and fun. Great location. Pool and hot tubs and great beach service. There is also a nice restaurant, gym, massage therapist and hair salon. There are also gas grills outside for guest to loose. Our Host Wendy and Tim couldn’t be any nicer. We will be back

We enjoyed the location of the condo, it was close to attractions, shopping, go karts, ice cream shops and on the main strip. The onsite restaurant and bar was a great plus. I always like having my own beach chair setup with umbrella and that was a huge plus. The condo itself was clean, well decorated, and spacious. The owners were always available for assistance and questions that arose. I know condo owners pay hefty condo fees and being in a high demand area I feel the building needs upgrades. The adjacent buildings and pool are very nice.
