Great host, excellent communications - all of that went smoothly. Location is amazing, looking right out over the beach. Short walk to the venue for music festival. My only (minor) complaint is the condo was kind of sparsely equipped on the kitchen side - without normal kind of kitchen and bar utensils that you would want when staying on the beach for vacation. A little would go a long ways here and a hook or 2 on the bathroom doors for towels would make a big improvement for just an an easy add. Overall, loved it, would go back for sure.

Our rooms were very clean but…One of the Queen mattresses was completely worn out. One side of the mattress was tilted all the way to the middle of the bed. The kitchen and living areas were beautiful.Although, the coffee maker was in poor condition and could not withstand making 8 cups of coffee (easy to replace before guests arrive) FYI - Bring your own coffee maker We enjoyed our vacation - the view, proximity to the beach, accessibility is outstanding! Thank y’all! 🩵🩵
