Semi rural farm house retreat located in Rukuhia only eight minutes from the city centre and five minutes to Hamilton airport.

Tastefully renovated with a modern farmhouse style kitchen and spacious open plan living area the French doors opening on to a sunny deck over looking rolling paddocks you will enjoy the beautiful sunsets and sunrises.

This home commands beautifully appointed bedrooms and ensuites .
Enjoy a bath in the French country style candelabra for a romantic soak over looking the garden.
Modern facilities with plenty of room inside and out.
Fabulous country property, you will enjoy relaxing in the private garden setting.
Set on 10 acres of land in a great central location to enjoy all the sights and activities the Waikato has to offer.

Guests will enjoy access to the whole house.

Guests will be warmly welcomed. As hosts we prefer to leave our guests in peace to enjoy their stay, but we are contactable and available if required.

This is a semi rural property, there may be stock grazing in the paddocks, electric fences are used to contain the stock in the paddocks, while you are welcome to go up to the fences, please for your safety, don't go into the paddocks.

The house was perfect, just as the pictures show. It was very well stocked. The property was beautiful and peaceful, we enjoyed sitting outside watching the sheep and chickens. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Lovely farmhouse

A beautiful peaceful location and the best house on our trip from Auckland to Wellington. Our kids loved the animals and the beautiful bath out the back!

It was fine. Only thing that needs addressing is the can opener that doesn't work.Only complaint was the owner on Sunday when we had been out for most of the day, 3.30pm 30 minutes after getting back, decided to mow the lawns around the house with a ride on mower for the next 2 hours!!! And it was definitely the owner as we saw him later moving his sheep. He would have had from 10am till 4pm the following day to mow the lawns. So not impressed. We paid good money, just to be disturbed.

We had a wonderful stay at Trissaro Lodge Farm House. The property is beautifully presented with stunning views, yet it’s so close to the centre of town. Parking was easy and everything we needed was right there on site. The house was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. Communication from the owner was excellent. It was exactly what we needed for our extended family gathering. Highly recommended!

Fantastic rural property

Loved this little farmhouse. It has been nicely updated inside and is comfy cozy! There is a grocery within a short drive along with a few eateries. Nothing within walking distance, but that is part of the charm of this place. Our girls enjoyed petting the horses/cows on property.
