About this property
Now Renting for 2026!
We rent Saturday to Saturday in the summer months. We're a little more flexible in the offseason, but during the summer months there are no exceptions. Please consider this when requesting reservations. Thank you for understanding!
This is a 3-story townhome in the Villages of Five Points! Walk to Arena's, Fish On and more restaurants and shops, swim in the lovely community swimming pool, play some tennis or take a quick drive or bike ride to the Lewes Bay beach and Cape Henlopen state park. We're right next to the new bike trail that extends from Georgetown to Cape Henlopen. If you don't want to drive, take the bus right from the development to the beach, into Rehoboth or to the outlets. WIFI, cable and an Xbox One are provided! Private parking for two cars available in back. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom, 3 story townhome has plenty of room for all! Sleeps 8 with a king bed in the private, third floor master suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom and two bunk beds in the third bedroom that can sleep 4. There is an area on the second floor with an Xbox One, a 43" TV, Xfinity cable, Blu-Ray player and a sofa bed couch that can fold out for an extra bed if you need it. Clean linens and towels will be provided and there is a new large capacity, high efficiency washer and quick drying dryer on the second floor for convenience. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make a great meal and even some cocktails for happy hour, and the dining room has plenty of space for entertaining. The 55" TV in the living room has Xfinity cable and Blu-Ray player. Plenty of games are provided for family game night or rainy-day fun. Outside there is a patio with a grill and seating area.
The Villages of Five Points offers two swimming pools, tennis courts, a bike trail, playground, a gazebo and community concerts during the summer months. You can also walk to the restaurants, cafes, a salon, and for added convenience, Weis and CVS are right around the corner. You don't have to leave the village if you just want to relax for the day, there is plenty to do!
A short, 3-mile drive or bike ride takes you to Lewes beach and the Ferry which can take you to Cape May for the day for a fun excursion. Also, about three miles away, is beautiful Cape Henlopen State Park where you can sunbathe, swim in the ocean or just go for a nice walk on the beach. Cape Henlopen also provides hiking, biking and other fun activities available through the nature center like evening ghost crab walks and light house tours. Downtown Lewes has plenty of charm along the canal with restaurants, shops and historic homes.
If you like to shop, there are hundreds of Tanger outlets in nearby Rehoboth including Coach, Under Armour and Polo just off route 1 in three locations. If you like to golf, plenty of golf courses are close by as well like Midway Par 3 golf course, Rehoboth Golf Park and Rookery South. For a fun boardwalk experience, just head down to Rehoboth beach where even more restaurants, Funland rides and more await. Due to severe allergies, we strictly enforce our no pet policy. Please don't even ask, thank you.

About the host
Hosted by Pamela Covington
My husband Chuck and I currently live in West Chester, PA with our three sons. We both went to University of Delaware, Chuck works in Data Management and I am a real estate agent in PA. Chuck was born in Rehoboth and lived there until the age of 9 when his family relocated to Wilmington, DE. His sisters and parents currently live in Lewes and Georgetown. We have been coming to visit our family here in Lewes and Georgetown for years and have fallen in love with Lewes. We especially have enjoyed going surf fishing at Cape Henlopen state park and have many fond memories of our adventures here. We have taken hikes on the nature trails and ghost crab tours in the evening and have thoroughly enjoyed the natural beauty Cape Henlopen state park has to offer. We also have enjoyed Rehoboth, our fondest memory was going to visit Santa Clause on the boardwalk during the Christmas holidays and watching the tree lighting ceremony.
Why they chose this property
A few years ago, we decided to buy a second home in Lewes to be able to continue making great memories with our family and friends and to own a little piece of Lewes ourselves. This home needed some love when we first bought it so we worked hard making this home a place where visitors want to stay and enjoy for years to come. I believe our hard work has paid off and that this home will reflect our family friendly and hospitable nature. .
What makes this property unique
We loved this home, first off because of the convenient location. Besides being a bike ride away from Grandma and Grandpa, we are close to everything. We have the option to walk to restaurants, the pool, tennis courts etc. or we can get in the car or a bike and go to the Lewes beach, the ferry or to Cape Henlopen. The second reason why we love this house is the space, the three floors provide privacy and space for all ages. The kitchen on the main floor is in the center of the home which allows us to cook and entertain with family and friends. There is even an outside patio for barbeques. We never imagined we would have this amount of space in Lewes and we are grateful because we can share the enjoyment this home has to offer with .
