About this property

Great Space, Great Location

We are excited to share our home with you! This four-bedroom house is spacious and filled with natural light. Approximately two miles from the beach and half a mile from the outlets, the house is connected to anything that you may want or need.


One of the most striking features of the house is its open floor plan. A wide hallway brings you to our great room with a kitchen that any cook or entertainer will just love. The 4x9 ft island has five bar stools, perfect for a morning bite or an afternoon drink. Next to the kitchen is the dining room with a long wooden table that can host the whole family, and connected to both areas is the living room complete with a gas fireplace. French doors lead from the dining room to a sunroom perfect for sipping coffee, reading a book, or watching TV. Two sets of French doors and a slider lead to the deck out back, which has a spacious outdoor shower and gas grill. Beyond the deck is a grassy yard great for having a catch or just hanging out.

The house includes a master bedroom (queen bed) with a luxurious bath, a bedroom on the first floor with another queen bed, a second bedroom with three twin beds, and a bonus room with twin and double beds. A spacious driveway allows for several cars.

Our house is child friendly. Child safety locks have been installed on cabinetry and doors leading to the outside have an extra latch placed high to prevent little ones from exiting on their own. Available for your use are a pack 'n play and toddler feeding chairs.

As you would expect, the house has a washer/dryer, internet and TV.

Smoking or pets in the house is strictly prohibited. Also do not exceed the maximum 8 person sleeping occupancy.

Guests are to bring all linens including sheets, bath towels, beach towels and paper products.

Beach house

My friend and I stayed with our teenage daughters. We were in town for a lacrosse tournamnet. The house is amazing, large and very close to the beach and entertainment. Would definitely book again!

Close to everything

The house is close to the beach and restaurants. Home was very cleanly with lots of beach items to use. The master bathroom was spacious with a wonderful walk in shower.

Great Vacation Home

This house is very clean, spacious, and accommodated everything we needed for a great vacation at the beach. Conveniently located between Rehoboth and Dewey, it allowed for easy access to both areas. I was thankful for the beach chairs and umbrellas made available for guest use. Lori is a great host with a beautiful home and very easy to work with :)

Great vacation house

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. It is a short drive to the beach and the kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you may need. We enjoyed the new sofas in the TV room. The home has an open layout and our grandchildren love running up and down the long hallway.

Delightful Summer Home

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this lovely home with its spacious rooms, gorgeous backyard, games to play with in the house and close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Both young and old felt relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommended!

My friend and I loved staying at this beautiful house with our young children! The location was great, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It’s right down the street from the outlets and a 5 minute drive to the beach. The neighbors were lovely too! We are already talking about booking it again next year!

Well-appointed home base for beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Lori's home. It is very spacious (the pictures don't do it justice!) and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with equipment and tools to make just about anything. Lori was very accessible with any questions we had. And the location was great - centrally located to many of the local beaches. Would recommend this home to anyone traveling to Delaware beaches.

Well-Appointed, Comfortable

This was the first time my family and I have stayed in Rehobath and to have such a comfortable and lovely base to which we could return each day was invaluable. With a toddler who needed a quiet place to nap, it was important that she have her own quiet room; this venue provided that and ensured all had their own beds. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower when returning from whatever beach we visited. Since we prefer cooking vs eating out, the kitchen was well-stocked with the tools and implements to do so. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our Stay!

Upon arrival we immediately noticed that there was plenty of parking. The home exterior and grounds were well kept. Upon entry, we noticed that the home was larger than the photos showed. It was very clean, the bedrooms were nice size and the common living space/kitchen were very nice. The cabinets were well stocked with dishes, cups, glasses and cookware. The location was close to the park-n-ride that takes you to the town/beach. The backyard was very large. The outside shower is a real plus. The owner was easy to reach and very nice to deal with. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything we needed

This lovely home was perfect for our blended family of mid-50s parents and adult kids. The multiple common areas — living room, TV room, back porch, front porch, yard — allowed us all to find our own space when needed. The kitchen table easily fit all 6 of us for dinner and board games. We made breakfast and lunch here and 4 out of 7 dinners and found the kitchen to be very well stocked with plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, and coffee makers. The downtown and beach are about a 10 minute drive — download the local parking app — but we also went to Deauville Beach and Cape Henolopen. Everything else you could need — grocery store, restaurants, outlets, mini golf — is within a short drive along Rt. 1. Tips: Turn the air on in the upstairs room as soon as you get in. Bring a vinyl fleece-backed table cloth to cover and protect the soap stone island.

Lovely vacation home for a young family

Great property and a seemingly brand new home. Huge bedrooms and living space. Loved that everything was child friendly having a 2 year old and a baby who crawls. Downside was that the 4th bedroom is upstairs with its own AC unit that unfortunately was malfunctioning during our stay, effectively making this a 3 bedroom instead of 4. Our family was able to adapt, and hopefully this is fixed in the future.

Great rental for families!

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was in a great location about 10 minute drive from downtown Dewey beach. The beautiful kitchen and open layout makes this a great home to spend time with your family or friends. This house is on a busy street so be mindful if you have little ones playing outside. The kitchen came with a standard coffee pot. Keep in mind you will need to supply your own coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and linens. Overall a very clean, bright and beautiful home. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to DE!

Great family beach stay

This property was even nicer than in the pictures. There was so much space! Our trip was two families with a total of 4 children under the age of 4. This was an amazing place for everyone and had enough room for the kids to run around. It was conveniently located and was super easy to get to the beach. Our kids are up early, so we had no issues getting to the beach and easily finding parking each day. The backyard space was a huge place as the kids loved to run around in the grass in the evenings. This place had everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrellas so that we didn’t have to bring by our own. Lori was great to communicate with and answered all of our questions so quickly. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Quiet Retreat.

Very quiet location, close to shops, dinning and beach yet a perfect distance to all the hustle and bustle to be able to relax and enjoy vacation. The home is built very well and the layout is great for a summer retreat.
