Follow your heart to the Creekside Escape

Private, attached one level guesthouse in the trees. Creekside. Nature! hooting owls, howling coyotes. Private fenced yard. Walking distance to hiking trails, shops, restaurants, coffee shop, yoga, library, bars. Walk to tiny town, local restaurants, coffee shops, vintage shopping, library, and yoga. Right off the main boulevard so it is easy to get to. In the cooler side of Topanga just 4 miles from the beach. Along the creek, open space and beautiful energy. A/C. We are right off the blvd and get some traffic noise.

Why they chose this property

On the seasonal creek, easy to get to. Some properties in Topanga are up very windy roads or steep hills, not us. We are centrally located and walking distance to most restaurants, coffee shops, general store, yoga, library etc. Yet we are in the trees. So close yet oh so far away! You have a private yard and multiple outdoor seating areas with a beautiful view. Off street parking.
