-We, the Primary residents, will be present on the property (on the first floor) during the stay of our guests. There is a separate private entrance for each floor. -Full second floor of Santa Monica home with a separate private entrance. Just north of Montana Avenue with shopping & restaurants, and a few blocks to the Santa Monica Beach and the Third Street Promenade. One large primary common area rm#4 attached to a separate room #5 for 2 people. Each room includes large TV & Wifi. The kitchenette attached to Common area room #4 has a LARGE FULL SIZE refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle Coffee is provided. Plus 3 private rooms (see below). (Furniture subject to change) FREE PARKING WALKING DISTANCE TO MANY SHOPS, TOP RESTAURANTS, AND COFFE SHOPS. Total second-floor area is approximately 2000 sq. ft. -*Base price for 3 bedrm/bth w 3 Qn beds. - In addition to the Primary Suite #4 is a Common Area, room #5 has 2 single beds and there are three single rooms (Rooms 1, 2, and 3) that have queen beds. Each room (except room 5 which shares with common area) has its own private bathroom and includes TV with Cable & Wifi. The kitchenette attached to Common area room #4 has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and hot water kettle. -Updated sanitation and cleaning procedures to keep our guests safe during this time. As always, we are continuing to clean and sterilize and sanitize our entire unit after each guest. We are also continuing our contactless self-check-in and check-out services with a private entrance for our guests. Coffee is provided. Laundry room with washer and dryer, and laundry detergent provided. NO SMOKING on the property except for the outside patio in the front yard. Check-In at 5pm, Check-out at 10am.
Also, If desired, Room #5, with two single beds, is available. Please request this option prior to checking in to set up the beds and room. --No parties- This is a very quiet neighborhood. Loud noises causing a disturbance will not be tolerated. --Fine for smoking inside the house: $1500 min. This is strictly a non-smoking home. A patio in the front yard is there for that purpose.

Beautiful house in a great location. The property also had great curb appeal, very welcoming.
My overall experience was very positive. The property was beautiful and in a great location. The rooms were well appointed and the owner did a great job in creating a welcoming feeling.
Jaleh’s place was very comfortable, clean, and located in a great neighborhood that was within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. She was quick with communication. I would recommend staying here!
We came from the East coast for a wedding. The second floor of the home we stayed in was perfect: clean, quiet, secure, very close to shops and restaurants, and the beach. Thank you, Jaleh!

Four adults and two young grand daughters spent Thanksgiving in Santa Monica close to family. The house was a perfect fit / everyone with their own space. Well situated in great area such that we could walk to many restaurants and shops. Easy in and out and very spacious. We will consider it again.

This was a great option for our large family. The property was very nice, and the neighborhood was quiet. It felt very safe to me. I loved how spacious the home was. I would definitely consider staying at this home again.
Beautiful spacious stay near Santa Monica Beach. My kids were thrilled to have their own space. The owner was gracious when we needed a later check out time and always responsive. This was perfect for our family - I'd highly recommend.
