The Space:

Enjoy family meals in our spacious open kitchen or outdoors in the patio area. Lounge by the pool while enjoying a family movie on our large outdoor flat screen TV. Relax in the heated pool and spa, lounge under our oversized sun umbrellas or take advantage of the outdoor kitchen with mini fridge and barbecue facilities. And if it gets a little chilly or the kids want to roast some marshmallows, feel free to light up our wood-burning fire pit or relax indoors with our fireplace and an espresso.

This luxurious home located in the exclusive Hidden Valley neighborhood of North Boca Raton is within easy access to South Florida’s top attractions, including the pristine beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and Spanish River Park (a vast natural reserve that is a mere three miles away). Perhaps you’d like to have a taste of some of the exquisite restaurants in the area that we have recommended. Our directory will have all local and surrounding entertainment listed to ensure that you have a memorable Florida vacation.

BEDROOMS (SLEEPS 8 GUESTS)
First Floor: Master bedroom with a king size bed and master bathroom. A second bedroom has two twin beds and attached bathroom. In addition, a half bathroom located near the family room.
Second Floor: Mezzanine with a comfortable queen size hideaway bed. Additional guest bedroom with queen size bed. Both bedrooms share a full-sized bathroom.
Bedrooms closets include slippers, robes, and towels.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, oversized refrigerator and a separate freezer with an automatic ice maker, in addition to a host of other appliances. They include a toaster, a blender for use in the kitchen or the bar alike, an espresso maker and many other small appliances.

The kitchen cupboards are stocked with the most frequently used condiments such as salt, pepper, mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise. “Best before” dates are checked routinely before our guests’ arrival. Other amenities include a waste food disposal unit, in addition to crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils.

PATIO
Enjoy music utilizing our Bluetooth BOSE speakers built into our outdoor bar. A limited supply of firewood is available for use in the outside fire pit as well as the inside fireplace. Beautiful landscaping surrounding the patio with spotlights to enlighten the evening makes this luxurious home more exclusive. Additional supplies needed will be billed to the customer. A full spare propane tank is available for the BBQ. Please contact Concierge Services for additional supplies.

POOL
Relax in the in-ground heated pool with white light for evening swimming and a spa opening onto the patio terrace. All poolside furniture and umbrellas are provided, as well as beach towels. Spa is non-steaming.

TELEVISION/WI-FI/MEDIA
Flat screen TVs are in the patio area, master bedroom, living room and mezzanine. Free wi-fi available.

Firewood and fire starter included with booking, however, additional charges will be applied for replacement of supplies. All of these services can be handled through concierge services.

LAUNDRY ROOM
Laundry room equipped with large capacity front loading washing machine and tumble dryer. Additional equipment includes an iron and ironing board.
