Welcome to your Fernandina Beach home away from home! This bright and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is part of the Amelia Woods Beach & Racquet Club, tucked among shady oak trees just two blocks from the beach.

Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable extended stay — a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit full size washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and all linens and towels provided. The open living area features vaulted ceilings, a smart TV with Roku, and a private porch overlooking the pool, tennis, and pickleball courts.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom offers two twins, and there’s also a sleeper sofa in the living area for visiting family or friends.

This is the perfect space for snowbirds, remote workers, or anyone seeking a peaceful long-term coastal getaway. Please note: Extended stay of 3 Months, minimum, is required by the Amelia Woods Condo Association. Nightly and Weekly rentals are not allowed. Sublets are not allowed.

Please note that this is an upstairs unit (second floor) and an elevator is not available. Amelia Woods Condominiums were constructed in the 1970's and the development is nestled in a quiet residential area among beautiful live oaks, magnolias, palmettos and lagoon.

The beautiful beach is two blocks from the unit (see the map in photos). The public beach access is located at the end of Mizell Avenue for easy access to the pristine beach, which is a two-block walk or bike ride from the unit. Sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards are stored in the closet on the porch for your use.

As noted above, this condo cannot be rented for less than three months at a time. The Amelia Woods Association requires a minimum stay of 3 months.
