Nice apartment in the tourist heart of San Telmo. Located a few blocks from the San Pedro Telmo Fair and the famous street market Defensa. Views of the Lezama Park. 15 minutes from the best tourist attractions. (2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom / 42m2) combines historical and modern.

10 minutes walk from the FIUBA, located 100 meters from the beautiful Parque Lezama (you can see the treetops from the window). The apartment is super bright and has very good air circulation.

The apartment has home insurance. Visible written knowledge is left in the apartment of the policy number and contact number for your peace of mind and that of your family.

Well, hopefully, just being your usual charming and friendly self will be just fine! Please take care of our apartment, and leave it as you hope to find it. It's a family building so we have to be respectful about noise at night. No pets or smoking or parties please!

Also, I've put our check-in and check-out times, to avoid confusion, and to give ourselves time to get everything spick-and-span before your arrival. However, please do not think these times are set in stone; We try to be as flexible as we can. However, for very "unsociable" arrivals (19:00 to 00:00 and 00:00 to 14:00) we charge an extra $ 5 USD.
