Very nice condo and great host. We walked to the Grand Mayan each day by entering at the Sea Garden and walking the beach, then took a taxi home at night. Very close to the Vidanta property but Apple and Google maps do not show the private roads which are blocked off. So arrange transportation. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

The property was not far from the Grand Mayan! It was very clean, the furniture needed updated but the pool area was beautiful I am still waiting for my deposit back for the stay!

Pleasant stay

Ground and property are well kept, clean and safe. The concierge (Ricardo and Lalo) are very attentive, and the owner Guillermo, is on top of everything. Communicating with him is very easy, responds in timely manner and very accommodating. Definitely will come back again

Good place to stay.

Three adults stayed here while we were in Puerto Vallarta. The condo was clean and well appointed. There were plenty of kitchen items for us to use. The pool area was nice and relaxing. It was very quiet in the complex. The staff who worked there were all very nice and helpful. We used the shuttle service which was very handy, as well as the Vidanta Resort bracelets. We went there everyday for one reason or another. The condo is also within walking distance to Vallarta Adventures and the Marina area which has some great restaurans.

Large comfortable place with huge pool

Overall this place is great. Clean and easy to get to. The only complaint was that it cost extra to use Grand Mayan pools and it takes 10-15minutes to drive to them. This was not clearly stated in the property description and is advertised as having access... which is true, but at an additional cost. Other than that the place is fantastic.

Excellent family vacation

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo what exactly what we needed for our family vacation with two children. There is 24 hour security so we felt very safe, and the staff at the condo are very friendly and accommodating. Access to the facilities at Vidanta was great. There is a golf cart ride through a restricted gate, and we got in trouble for trying to walk it - so make sure you only ride the provided golf cart. We went into PV and to Walmart a couple times to get groceries by Uber, everything was close. Uber will pick you up right at the security gate. Guillermo was AMAZING! We had several questions during our stay and he was always quick to reply and be helpful. He let us have a late checkout for a small fee that was very fair (we had a late evening flight), and I could not imagine renting from a better condo owner. Definitely an A+ for Guillermo. If you are thinking of coming to PV, I highly recommend you book this condo.

Fantastic condo option adjacent vidanta

Staff were incredible. We loved getting to know them during our stay. The unit could use a little upkeep/upgrade (shower backing up even after maintenence call, dirty vents) but it was overall quite clean and fit the bill for us well. The condo was quiet and having two beds in 2nd BR was perfect for our family. Check in was easy once taxi found the right place. Grand Mayan and vidanta was fantastic but it is a bit of a hassle to take multiple shuttles just to get there. Wished there were better options for walking from the drop-off. Would still do it again. The pool areas at grand mayan are excellent (get there early as all chairs are reserved by late morning, despite signs saying you can't reserve them with towels or stuff). Tons of nearby restaurants. Ubers were slow to respond probably due to security at condo but half the price of taxis. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and would highly recommend this option if you don't mind the golf cart/shuttles back and forth and see it as a chance to meet some genuinely good people providing top notch service.

Quiet and clean.

We typically stay at the Grand Luxxe in Vidanta and wanted a few extra days, so we booked this 2 bedroom for 5 nights. It was very nice and quiet. Communication with the manager was great. You are still able to use the grand Mayan pool in Vidanta, but that’s about it. The mattress was a little hard so we put the couch cushions on the bed and used another fitted sheet to keep them on. Great sleeps. Getting back and forth to Vidanta was just a quick golf cart ride away. We would stay here again!!

Paradise in Nuevo Vallarta

Balancan condo is a little slice of Paradise in NV. Gorgeous grounds with manicured lawns, flowers, lush shrubs and Palm trees to provide privacy around the pool. The staff were friendly and very helpful...calling for taxis, providing pool cushions for lounge chairs and keeping everything clean. The condo was clean and comfortable with all the amenities as advertised. Guillermo was easy to reach via email, and quickly answered any questions we had about the condo and PV prior to arrival. Great location close to Paradise Village in NV if you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation away from the crowds of PV. Close to, in our opinion, one of the nicest beaches in PV area....Nuevo Vallarta Beach where you can get a table, chairs and umbrella at no charge as you enjoy great food and drinks at a reasonable cost at Coco Beach restaurant. But I have saved the best for last....Balancan has a spectacular swimming pool that easily stretches 100 metres between the Balancan and Siebel Condos. An amazing place to relax all day or for a few hours after a day at the beach.

A piece of paradise

Condo was everything we expected , well furnished, and stocked with newer appliances, pots and pans . Very handy to have a barbecue to use when you get back and want to relax with with a cocktail and cook dinner on the deck. Martin was always accommodating to help catch a taxi or shuttle us to the grand Mayan. The Grand Mayan has all the extra things you can imagine. It has a plaza if you are missing anything grocery wise so if you don’t want to go back to a grocery store you don’t have to. The grounds are amazing and worth the walk around to enjoy. It has many restaurants of your choice , the beach is fun to go to and you can walk a long way on it . Always nice to come back to the condo relaxing and quiet. .
