The Kandl Spitze apartment is one of 3 available apartments in our picturesque chalet called the “Landhaus Bergner Alm”, located in the pretty little Austrian town of Bruck an der Grossglocknerstrasse. The Kandl Spitze Apartment is on the top floor with its own private balcony with panoramic views of the mountains.

The apartment is fully independent within the chalet, with two bedrooms - the first bedroom has a large Queen bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sinks, a towel warmer and a toilet. The living room, kitchen and dining area is open-plan, super cosy and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped so as to ensure your holiday is as comfortable as possible! A home away from home :)

The property location is incredibly convenient. The little town of Bruck is considered the starting point of the famous high alpine road called the "High Alpine Grossglocknerstrasse". It's just minutes drive away from the beautiful Zell am See (Lake Zell) in one direction, and then the Home Tauern National Park (Central Europe's largest National Park) in the other direction.

The property gives easy access to an abundance of activities, from hiking and mountain biking in summer, to cruising the ski slopes in winter. It offers the perfect base for all of your summer and winter adventures!

Fijne, goed verzorgde woning!

Na een zeer vriendelijk ontvangst kwamen we in een zeer goed verzorgd apartement op de bovenste verdieping (Wel na een aantal trappen). Dit apartement was voorzien van vele extra's ( o.a. Een föhn, koffie, thee, eerste hulp koffer, naaisetje en wat lekkers voor ons). Goede bedden, schoon en voldoende ruimte. Doordat wij mooi weer hadden, hebben we veel tijd doorgebracht op het zonnige balkon. Kortom: we hebben genoten. Een aanrader!

We're pleased to hear that you had such a nice time here, and that the extra things that we provided in the apartment came in useful :) We still have lots of sun here at the moment so the balconies are still in use...the place is definitely gearing up for the winter season now though!
