We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay with your family in Miami! We start the description for this property with the fact that it’s a 1940’s historical property here in Miami, so if it’s a “newly built, modern property” someone is looking for, they know to look elsewhere. Also need to mention that one arm of the pool rail was broken and is being fixed, but the pool was/is in fully working order, clean and clear for use.

Great location close to Little river. The garden I think really stood out for us with our kids, it is vast and wonderful with beautiful trees. Also lots of little attentions in the house to make you feel welcome!

Worked here remotely for a couple months. You can tell that this property is more than a rental to the owners which is what I want out of these experiences. The house has so much history in the doors, railings, etc. The backyard is huge. It was pretty quiet for Miami so I enjoyed the peace of the backyard almost everyday. Very walkable/bike-able neighborhood. The best part though was the communicative and friendly owners. I had forgotten a power cord and they let me borrow one instead of having to search to obtain one on my owner. They let me know if they would be coming by or for workers were so I was prepared. Kitchen was well stocked for a rental.
