This villa includes the "HH Island Rentals Advantage" which provides four beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels and a new set of salt, pepper, cooking spray and seasoning salt. No need to pack the car with beach accessories. We've got you covered.

This completely renovated villa has all new kitchen complete with granite counters and new appliances. Newly installed flooring throughout - updated with 2 full bathrooms on second floor with half bath on main floor. Bedroom 1 - King Bed, Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Bed 1-Twin. There are 2 Full baths on second floor. Villa has full-sized washer and dryer, outdoor patio, outdoor patio with gas grill. Kitchen is fully stocked for you to prepare your favorite meals. All linens, towels and starter soaps are included.

You can walk to almost everything you need. 5 minute walk to Coligny Plaza for shopping and restaurants and 5-7 minutes to the beach. There are free shuttle carts that run around the area as well. Most people prefer to just get on a bike to get around.

Enjoy the community Pool in the courtyard to relax after a day at the beach.

Awesome villa!

Very clean. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach gear. We found 3 chairs, a pull cart, and various beach toys. Easy 9 minute walk to beach passing coligny plaza. Nice pool for morning laps. If your a coffee drinker, they only have a keurig machine. Overall excellent unit!

I thoroughly enjoyed the cleanliness of the condo!! Updates were great!!

Our experience was great! Thank you for the welcome note and bucket of goodies, very nice touch! Coligny villas is a wonderful community. Only wish I would have had is better weather, December is tough! Thanks for everything!

Best place ever !

This is one of the best places we’ve stayed in HHI. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad , the chairs and beach buggy were a plus. House was very clean and quiet . I loved having the pool right outside our door .

Awesome Location

The property was clean with VERY comfortable beds. The location was definitely a highlight. My teenage boys loved biking and walking around Coligny. We didn’t get in the car once while there. A few things, bring a small fan bc there aren’t any ceiling fans upstairs. There also isn’t a full length mirror anywhere but that’s ok bc you’re on vacation and you already look fabulous!!
