Super clean home with exceptional lake access. Well equipped for a family or group of any size - lots and lots of clean, nice outdoor furniture. The appliances inside are new and in great and clean condition. Added bonus for us was a new grill/griddle. The home is close to Meredith and Wolfeboro. We will stay here again. Thank you to the wonderful and friendly and helpful hosts!

We had a wonderful time... house was perfect for the 14 of us and a dog. Karyn (the host) was very helpful and lovely to speak to... I feel she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.

What an amazing waterfront property! We stayed here as an intergenerational family with ages ranging from 2 to 94 for 8 nights. The host met us at the property to show us everything which was very helpful. The house fit us perfectly with enough bedrooms for everyone and enough spaces to support those who had to work a bit during the week. The house had everything we needed and some added bonuses like games and puzzles and outside toys. The waterfront and lawn area were amazing - we rented a 22' boat and used the dock and all enjoyed the beach area, including those up before 7am to do triathalon training. The kayaks, canoe, and paddle board allowed us to explore from the water and there is a nice loop to walk in the neighborhood. The fire pit area is amazing for sunsets, s'mores, and hanging out. Grocery stores, restaurants, and ice cream are a quick drive away, as are a few hikes. This was a great place to spend a week.

Beautiful turn of the century lake house! Spacious, charming, beachfront, beautiful views. Family enjoyed this tremendously. Highly recommend for anyone coming to the Lakes Region.

The perfect and classic Winnipeasaukee lake house

We had a great stay! The property is lakefront wonderful and the house spacious enough to comfortably fit our extended family ages 4-77. Think classic vintage lake house charm. We loved everything about it and can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic lake vacation rental

We rented this property for a family lake vacation and it was perfect for our group. The spot on the lake was fantastic with amazing views. The home and backyard were a great fit for our family, including the children. We also rented a boat and were able to use the private dock. The property owners were very accommodating and helpful. Overall, a great experience and we hope to be back!

perfect spot for big family!

The house is too big for us, the family of 3 and a Shitzu dog, but the location plus that sand beach, the cleanliness of the house and that nice welcome from the owners made us felt relived from a nightmare of the first house we had rent the first week we arrived at NH from Bayside Rental!! Too short but beautiful

We came up to the house for a few days in October. Weather was beautiful - Lakeview nothing but stunning. The house is very charming. The old NH lakehouse vibes are tangible at all times. Very clean, very well equipped. As the nights were at freezing temperature we appreciated that the house always felt warm and cozy. Amazing place to stay with an extended family.

Perfect outdoor spot

We had 8 adults and 2 children. The beach and water were just perfect. Children and dogs enjoyed playing in the sand and running in and out of the water. Back yard perfect for our games. Nice sitting around the fire pit by the water. The house had plenty of bedrooms. The house has been in the family since the early 30’s most is original. The addition is nice too.

Amazing location on the lake

We had a wonderful stay at the property. The owners were very responsive with any questions/issues. The yard and beach are top notch. A perfect place for our kids to play and for us to relax. The only issue we had is that the rooms were a bit smaller in real life than they appeared in the pictures, which was a problem for fitting pack n’ plays in. Not all rooms can accommodate them, as an FYI for those traveling with infants/toddlers. Other than that, the house was great and our family had a fantastic week!

Special Lake Experience

Somehow, midsummer, we stumbled into this property due to a cancellation that they had. Just a big family looking to be together on the lake, with a rented pontoon boat, a private dock and a firepit at the water's edge. We cruised the lake at dusk watching the lights around the lake come on and then sat around the fire for a wonderful end to the day. Lots of places to walk and experience lake life, lots of outside fun and laughter. This place is very special. The owners could not have been more accommodating. I know that no one will forget this weekend and we will be looking to do it all over again as soon as we can!

The "At home feel" with "At the beach" attitude

The only thing i was missing here was more time to stay :-) This house is gorgeous! a family home built upon over generations to make the perfect Winnipesauke getaway. Plenty of comfortable rooms to stay in, plenty of space for your entire crew to spread out... even in the rain. We were lucky to find this house when the house we originally rented did not meet expectations. Keith and Karyn were excellent hosts; Karyn gave us the nickel tour and some history of the property which was intriguing and gave us the sense of home and family just to hear about it. Keith was very responsive with any questions asked. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were all very clean and well equipped... truly the best location we could see rentable on the lake; beautiful beachfront with a fire pit and sunsets that were breathtaking. This house made for the perfect turn around to what could have been a failed vacation. THANK YOU KEITH AND KARYN!!! we will be back.

This is the perfect Lake Winnipesaukee home! The core of the home was built in 1930, from pine trees on the property, and has a rustic/antique feel. Over the years, the owners built up and out, so that this is a large home with many rooms. The beach is soft, wide, and slopes gently—perfect for young children. There’s a large dock for the tri-toon we rented, a fire pit, and several outdoor picnic tables, making dinner with young children much easier! (No need to sweep the floor since families of ducks stopped by every night to feast on what the kids dropped!) The owners thought of everything! Canoes and kayaks, lawn games and board games, linens, bath towels and beach towels. We’ve rented many lake houses, and never had a house this well stocked— spices, dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, flash lights, a blue tooth speaker, binoculars, tools. One of the two co-owners, Karyn, was easy to reach and a pleasure to work with. She did everything possible to help us get the most out of the week. This was a splurge vacation for us, but well worth the cost. We all want to go back! (Note to those with young children: We took photos of the house when we arrived, and removed items that we thought the kids might break, damage or lose (billiard balls and cue sticks, glass cups in the bathroom, two little balls for a tabletop soccer game, etc,). The photos made it easy to return everything to the right place.)

Great spot for family

We had a great time with our three young kids for two weeks). Great shallow beach for playing and dock for jumping off of. Rented pontoon boat and loved boating around and going to nearby sandbar (less than 5 minute bot ride away). Home had everything we needed and owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

Family vacation

We stayed at this home for a large family vacation. The lakefront property with views of the mountains was spectacular! The home was large with plenty of sleeping space. We appreciate that it is a family home but there were too many personal items left on display, not very kid friendly!!

Relaxing for all ages - 8 months to over 75 years

Space for everyone - inside, on the lawn, the beach and fishing or jumping off the dock. Picnic tables accommodated all 10 of us for lunch and dinner every day. After the kids were in bed, the adults gathered around the fire pit to enjoy the sunset and time together. Definitely recommended!

Great family spot

This was our second time staying at this wonderful property. Karyn went out of her way to make it a special stay, helping us coordinate and plan surprise 75th birthday parties for our parents, complete with catered dinner, dessert and decorations. The waterfront is exceptional, with sandy beach and crystal clear water, not to mention the breathtaking views. We spent most of our days playing lawn games on the yard or taking the boats out on the lake and our nights by the fire pit. The house has comfy beds and the added air conditioning was a plus. Highly recommend this gem for any family vacation.
