Location Location Location !!!!! The Somerset villas 2753 North Poinciana Boulevard unit 41 , Kissimmee, FL 34746 ..... First Floor no steps !!!! Villas at Somerset Villas is a beautiful resort property that offers many amenities and is located near all of the Orlando area attractions!
This property has all of the extras you'd want in a vacation home. Condo has a full kitchen including a dishwasher and a microwave, and two cable televisions.
The washer and dryer are located in the condo, which makes it easy to always have dry towels and clean clothes during your stay. Bed sheets, bath towels, are provided , kitchen & bathroom paper products are not provided and you must bring your own.Toiletries and cleaning supplies not provided you must bring your own.

Onsite, Villas at Somerset has a large clubhouse, with a TV/sitting area, fitness center, sauna Towel exchange is available on request, and mid-week maid service is available for a fee. The resort has one outdoor pools, tennis courts and two whirlpool/hot tubs.
The property is located approximately five miles from the entrance to the happiest place on earth! If you prefer sports recreation, golf, water sports, fishing and horseback riding, and also shopping are all nearby.

Very Nice!

My party and I were very pleased with how the rental space was. It also was not that far from the Disney Parks, which benefited us greatly. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Florida.

Clean and organized unit

The unit was very clean and organized with updated decor. The kitchen was missing little things like measuring cups, scissor and spatula.

Clean and close to the parks

We enjoyed our stay at our Villa. The property was clean and located with in 10 minutes of the parks. The living room was very nice for relaxing after a long day at the parks. We were disappointed with the bed in the 2nd bed room, it was very hard and uncomfortable, the pillows were flat as well. There were only 2 wash cloths in the house so we had to go to the store to buy more, 1 per bathroom for a weeks stay was not enough. The kitchen needs to be replenished with cookware, the only 2 skillets are in pretty bad shape and we chose not to cook in and ate out all of our meals.

Great apartment that's close enough to all the parks.

My family and I really loved our stay. The apartment was exactly as it was described and was perfect for my wife and 2 kids. We were only about a 10 to 15 minute drive to all the Disney parks and about a 20 minute drive to universal. So why only 4 stars? There was no toilet paper or paper towels so we had to go to Walmart and get some. It was stated that toilet paper would be provided. Also all the towels for the place were in the drier (took us a little while to find them) and I guess the cleaning crew forgot to dry the extra bedding from the previous stay as it was still wet in the washer. Other than that it was a very nice stay that we would return to the next time we're in Orlando.

Beautiful, Clean, Quiet, close to Disney.

We loved staying at unit 41 of Somerset Villas. Beautiful condo. Clean and comfortable. Short drive to parks. Recommending to all my friends. Only minus is that the ice maker did not work and we had to buy trash can liners but I'd still give the condo ⛤⛤⛤⛤⛤

Excellent Vacation Home

We stayed for a week in this 3 bedroom condo and it was excellent. Clean and spacious with all the comforts of home. Pots and pans, dishes, glasses and silverware along with working appliances including a washer and dryer. Plenty of sheets and towels to accommodate all guests. Within close proximity to all Disney parks and Walmart is located down the road! Only 20-25 min from Orlando International and the owner is reachable by cell phone. Would highly recommend staying here and I can't wait to return.

COMFORTABLE, CLEAN AND STYLISH

The Condo was very clean and completely included all I needed to feel like I was right at home. The condo access was easy and efficient. I had a problem with the TV, but calling the service ppl, they had me online in minutes. I would highly recommend this unit for family or single person to use during their stay in the Orlando area.

Wonderful

Very clean and perfect location for my Disney vacation. This was exactly what we were hoping for. Perfect price for all the space. The condo was so cute and their was one room that was decorated with giant Mickey and Minnie dolls. This really made our stay extra special. Thank you Aggie!

Great

The house is very cozy and comfortable , corresponding exactly to what is disclosed in the photos. Its location is excellent . There weren't small kitchen appliances , but this misfortune was solved with small purchase in local shops . My family and I loved the experience of renting a house instead of staying in a hotel as we usually do on other trips . I recommend it.

Amazing!
