Beach Class Eco Life is one of the newest developments in the region, located between the reefs of Muro Alto and the natural pools of Cupe, is only 10 minutes from the village of Porto de Galinhas and has the entire structure of a resort. The space

Washing machine, gas shower heating, 3 smart TVs with LED TV, with cable TV and internet access (YouTube, Netflix, GloboPlay), BluRay, split air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, and WI-FI by fiber optics in the unit and common areas. Access to the apartment by ramps, without the need for stairs or elevator.

The Condominium

Condominium adapted for people with disabilities (internal bathrooms of the unit are specifically not adapted). Recreation area and structure of the condominium: 4 swimming pools open 24 hours (2 shallow / children and 2 adults, 1 with a stingray), outdoor whirlpool, 24h gym, steam room, relax space, games room, TV room, various living areas with and without TV, outdoor playground, kids area, sports court, 2 tennis courts, 2 soccer grassland fields, beach structure (chairs, parasol and table), shop convenience (see availability), restaurant and pool service (see availability), reception and 24 hour security, private parking (1 seat) and visitors (external).

Guest access

Guests can access all apartment environments and common areas of the condo. Visitors are not allowed.

Interaction with guests

Hosts will not be available on-site but accessible the entire time of stay.

Other observations

Rules of coexistence of the condominium apply. Among the main ones, without limitation, are: Maximum speed of the cars inside the condominium 10 km / h; parking only in the demarcated area; prohibition to extend or dry clothes and belongings on the outside of the unit; express prohibition of use of glass or porcelain cups and utensils in the pool area; no smoking in the apartment or common areas of the condominium; due to respect for the neighborhood when using sound equipment (limited from 10am to 8pm in the pool area). Other rules may apply.

The beach of Muro Alto is in one of the most beautiful beach regions of Brazil, where several condominiums and resorts are 5 stars. The apartment is located between the reefs of Muro Alto and the natural pools of Cupe. Diverse activities can be carried out in the area, such as surfing, bodyboarding, stand up paddling, fishing, snorkeling, buggy rides, bike rides, skateboarding, raft trips to natural pools and visits to environmental monitoring projects for sea turtles of the season you can watch the birth of turtles on the beach!) and seahorses. Try the wonderful local cuisine. One of the most popular restaurants in Pernambuco, the Beijupirá, has a unit only 600m away from the condominium and there are bars and beach restaurants nearby.
