Best location on Ashford Avenue walking distance to the best restaurants, supermarket, hotels, and casinos. 1O mins drive to Old San Juan & 15 mins to airport. Laundry available at the lobby. , Gym, game room, tennis court and 24/7 security.

Breathtaking view to the pool, beach and ocean from my top floor cabana. Conveniently Located in San Juan nicest touristy area: El Condado. Walking distance to restaurants, casinos, sports bars, coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacies. It's about 15/20 mins from San Juan Airport by car or taxi.

Great location! Steps away from the beach and pool. Short walk to many restaurants. Very large pool and nice fitness facility. Quick Uber ride to Old San Juan and other airport. Enjoyed our stay at Hectors and Puerto Rico!

Cute little spot a few steps from the beach

Perfect spot for our vacation that’s near the beach and minutes to hot spots near Old San Juan. You get access to the beach and the big pool is also nice to swim in. There is construction going on but that didn’t bother us. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful stay.

The unit is very small and very dated, so small anyone over 5’8”( I am 6’3”) won’t be able to directly sit on the toilet as there is barely any space between toilet and shower glass panel. Also no matter what they tell you the water temperature will not get above luke warm. On the bright side the place is literally 100ft to the pool and 100 yards from the beach. The overall complex is very dilapidated.

My partner and I stayed here for about 6 days and it was amazing. Mostly everything was walking distance and the beach was awsome. The place itself was clean and had a pool which was nice. Would definitly recommend.

Beautiful

Beautiful for a couple night get away and literally a small walk to the beach. Pool was right outside and we didn’t hear anything or anyone swimming, that was a big plus. Great location for food and night life. We will definitely be booking this place again.

Great place in Condado

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was roomy with everything we needed. We didn’t realize when we booked it that it had a pool and several exercise rooms and bordered the beach—a nice surprise!

Overall we had a wonderful time here. The location was excellent, the host was super communicative and readily answered any questions and was also flexible with the check out time since we had a later flight. Literally steps from the ocean and the pool. We will definitely be back!

San Juan Condado del Mar

This Condo is on the ground floor steps away from the pool & beach. Secure gated parking with our own spot. Perfect for my Wife & I. Hector the Host was very quick to respond to our questions before & during our stay & He let us have a late check out as our flight was later in the afternoon. We would stay here again when we return to San Juan. Thanks Hector!

Great experience!

We arrived to the room and we were greeted by staff who walked us through how to use the locking system and all the extra amenities provided. They provided extra pillows, blankets, beach towels, chairs, and even a cooler! We enjoyed our time here and it was right on the beach which was a must for us. We walked to lunch and dinner every day and there were plenty of food locations nearby, you could either walk or rent the scooters that the city has. Great location, and great experience, would definitely come back and recommend :)

Great location

Upon arrival to Puerto Rico the entire island was without power, which included our accomodations. Fortunately, the power was restored by evening. The property was in an excellent loction and was exactly as described. Hector was very responsive (the fridge shorted out during the power outage and needd to be replaced) especially since it was a holiday weekend. We were able to walk or take a short uber rides to everywhere we wanted to go. Just wish our stay was longer! The only negative is that the complex is undergoing needed exterior renovations so there was work noise throughout the day. I'd definately recomment this property and hope to return again.
