Very nicely and tropically decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo within Ocean Villas. This traditional, ocean view townhouse is fully furnished for your vacation stay with us. It has a king bed and queen bed plus a full size blow-up mattress. The kitchen has everything you need, 2 televisions, a DVD Player, and a full-size Washer and Dryer are all yours. Just bring beach towels, a hair dryer and a fun in the sun attitude.

Good overall. Comfortable. I was surprised to find no exhaust fan in either bathroom, so the shower steam was lingering. Be advised that there is a rusted, broken bottom track on the main sliding glass door that was a hazard.

Great property! The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, & close to restaurants & stores. The walk to the beach was short & on pavement, so it was easy to get there while carrying a chair & umbrella. The host was very friendly, helpful, & prompt when I reached out for assistance. I have told other family members that this is a great place for a relaxing vacation! I would very much recommend this property.

We loved our trip to the beach. It was our first time in the area. The condo is super nice and the pool/beach was wonderful. The owner was so friendly and helpful, we were able to stay an extra day. Can't wait to go again!

Wonderful family trip

We mainly just did beach and pool days, not a lot of shopping or sightseeing, and it was still fabulous. Great location, great neighbors within the community. There were 7 or 8 other families with smiliar aged children which was great for pool play. The condo was clean and comfortable and so welcoming. Will definitely save this listing for future rentals.

Great Stay - Great Condo

We had a great stay at this condo. We loved the location - easy access to the beach and the pool. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Plenty of room for 4 of us. Parking was a challenge on the first night (its was July 4th holiday) but a tow truck arrived and removed illegally parked vehicles and that freed up space. Other than that it was a flawless vacation.

Girls trip

This place was awesome!! Very cute decor and very clean!! This unit has everything you need for a beach day offering chairs toys towels!! It’s also in a great location for exploring the city with trolley rides right next door!!!

I've been traveling to St. Augustine every year as a child for summer vacations. I eventually purchased this condo back in 2004 and me and my wife frequently visit several times a year.

Why they chose this property

I love the beach area where our condo is located, walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Beach Blvd is full of quaint places to eat and drink. This condo is 1/4 mile down the beach from the Beachcomber, a very popular restaurant that sits right on the sandy beach....awesome place to eat outside.
