Enjoy this deluxe condo with River views down the road from South Peak at Loon Mountain! 2-floor unit with room for families of 8 or 6 adults, great for 2 families with room for kids. Master Bedroom suite overlooking the river with a queen-sized bed, 2 more bedrooms, one with queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds.  Fully Equipped Kitchen, roomy living room and dining area to enjoy and make family memories.  Enjoy this newer vacation condo with central A/C during the warm summer months then warm yourself by the beautiful gas fireplace after an adventurous day on the snow. Get out on the open deck to enjoy the sound of the river with your coffee and stargaze at the night sky.

For Summer activities you will find Loon Mountain Adventure Center is close by.  It is guaranteed you will have a great day no matter what you choose... Ariel Adventure Forest, Gondola Rides, Rock Climbing Wall, Summit Adventures or Zip Line across the Pemigewasset River. Check out Loon Mountain Club with an indoor pool and saunas that are open to the public for daily fees!

There are many hiking trails and bike paths and mountain biking within close proximity. Lincoln is a great place to be outdoors enjoying nature all around.

Loon Mountain offers something for everyone!- Fun mountain for the entire family!  Many restaurants and shopping just down the road.  Sit in the shared hot tub after a great day exploring Lincoln, NH and enjoy the shared firepit over great conversation with your family and friends.

Up to 6 adults or families of 8.  Age min. of 24 for all adult groups. Sorry, no pets are allowed.  No smoking is allowed.

The only issue we had was there was no hand soap or trash bags available and we did have to purchase

The only issue we had was there was no hand soap or trash bags available and we did have to purchase both immediately. We expected at least one bag and some soap but a small amount of dish soap was all that was available. Perhaps highlighting those in the arrival info would help. We had no issues purchasing but maybe they were supposed to be available. We left one container of soap that was opened behind for the next person. Manager's Response: Thank you so much for the following feedback. We do supply small bar soaps and cleaners are ask to leave 2 kitchen trash bags. I have let the cleaners know about this so they will remember for future stays. Please remember as the rental management company- we are here to help!! We can bring the soaps and extra trash bags that were missed by the cleaners. We are very thrilled you enjoyed this property! It's in a great location in Lincoln and we are always love to hear about happy vacation experieces! Email communication was quick and efficient. Everything was as expected and it was a very easy process.
