About this property

Spacious Family Townhouse in Alpine Village - close to everything!

Conveniently located close to everything in the heart of Woodstock, our modern Alpine Village townhouse is the perfect place to host an incredible two-family vacation. There are two queen bedrooms on the second floor and a third-floor bunk with two bunk beds (twin top and full bottom), which comfortably accommodate 10 people in all. There are also two full baths, and an open kitchen/dining area filled with everything you might need to cook.
When you’re here, we want you to feel like you’re on vacation!
The first floor has been tactfully decorated to ensure a White Mountains vacation feel. The surrounding area is perfect for exploring lakes, mountains, rivers, restaurants, and resorts (we provide information about the many local attractions for our guests). When you get back from a day exploring, a relaxing private back deck overlooks an expansive yard and private wood. Grilling on our propane grill, or eating take-out on the sunset splashed deck after a long day exploring is one of our favorite summertime activities.
Disney+ is available on the TV’s downstairs and in the bunk for exhausted little ones looking for a movie night. You’ll find a washer and dryer downstairs to wash bathing suits and clothes.

While tennis and hiking are included on-site, additional Spa-amenities are available with a pass included with our unit for up to 8 people per group at The Mountain Club at Loon. Amenities include an exercise room, weights, indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs and spa. Walk into town to tube the river at Cascade Park!

We have an AC unit on each floor. We added the first floor AC unit based on feedback from past reviews.

Great long weekend in Loon

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Children loved the bunk bed room and we really loved the fireplace and comfy sofa. We had a great time playing in the now in the backyard too!

Place to stay

Very clean and the owner was easy to get a hold of to ask questions. Area is fantastic! A lot of choices for different activities. Access to a local spa was very nice with pool!

Very nice property

We stayed over the long Columbus Day weekend. Location was great, house was clean and well maintained, owners were responsive and very helpful. The layout of this house was particularly nice. Bonus was a good deck and back grassy area where the kids could run around. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic gem in North Woodstock

This townhouse is perfect for 2 families to enjoy the White Mountains and the NH lakes around. We stayed for a full week and it was excellent. Great hosts and very fast communication, we had all we needed in the house and on top of that, an excellent deck in the back for enjoying the outdoors and BBQ. It is definitely one of the places i would go back and stay so do not hesitate to book it.

Leaf Peeping Weekend

Our stay at the Alpine Village rental was outstanding. The space was perfect for our crowd, everything was clean and organized well. Plenty of space for the teenagers to spread out and play some of the games provided. Will definitely be back again!

Very nice 3 BR condo

We enjoyed our stay here. The owners were very accommodating and the place is exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortably but not lavishly furnished. The owners recently bought the property and I suspect are still decorating it. Everybody thought the beds were very comfy and heating system was great.

Cozy and convenient townhome

The unit was just right for our needs and the host was very responsive to a couple questions we had during our stay. Beds were comfortable and the unit was well appointed with everything we needed. A nice surprise was that there were some tubes that our kids could use in the nearby creek, which an unplanned highlight of our stay. We would happily stay again.

Close to all white mountain attractions

Group of friends went up for the week to do hiking and other outdoor activities. Some of the best white mountain hikes are within 15 minutes of the condo. Swimming holes and river tubing all within close driving distance. Tennis courts in the community were a great activity during down time. Outdoor deck/yard is a huge plus and was utilized whenever we were home. Great stay overall!

Great condo for a great price!

I stayed here with my husband, daughter, son-in-law and two pre-teen grandchildren. We had a blast! Condo was perfect for our group with two queen bedrooms plus the 3rdfloor bunkroom that the grandkids loved for their privacy. Clean and well provisioned. Location was great to walk into town for tubing on the Pemigewasset, shopping in cute shops, getting groceries and eating in various restaurants. Close ride to hiking and to pools at the Loon Mountain Resort. Very responsive owner!

Comfortable condo in Lincoln

Condo was clean and comfortable, plenty of space for the family to spread out, and the neighborhood was quiet. We appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, as we prepared meals. Plenty of blankets, sheets, and pillows. The kids enjoyed the games and puzzles in the third floor bunkhouse. An easy walk to downtown Lincoln and a quick drive to lots of good hiking. Thanks!

Wonderful stay! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at Jenny and Andy’s condo. The neighborhood is so pretty, very well maintained, beautiful and quiet. The unit itself is in great shape, with all the amenities one might need. The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. The living room has a large TV with Netflix and more, as well as a gas fireplace, which was such a nice surprise for cozy evenings. We enjoyed walking around North Woodstock: the little park by the river is so peaceful, the coffee shop has amazing pastries, and Pemigaset Public house was a great place for lunch. The hosts were super nice too. We will definitely come back! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Nice, good but if you rely on real ac, it only had it in 2 bedrooms..

The one thing we were very unhappy about was that there was really no air-conditioning besides for 2 bedrooms. It was very hot and uncomfortable by day. Besides that we enjoyed it and were happy with the manager as well. (The fridge had food in it and the garbage had some garbage in it as well.) Thank you

Family Friend North Woodstock location with Loon Mtn Club access

Our family of 4 stayed in this condo for a short 3 night visit to N. Woodstock/Lincoln. It was a quiet and family oriented community. We walked and the kids rode their bikes to downtown North Woodstock for ice cream and to visit the playground at Cascade Park. The listing mentioned the unit being air conditioned, which is true but uses floor units with window vents in only two of the bedrooms. With temps in the upper-80s, it was warm in the condo despite running the AC continuously; all four of us ended up sleeping in the upper bunkroom which despite being on the 3rd floor was the coolest room in the unit. The unit comes with access to the Loon Mountain Club (10 mins away) which was great for use of the indoor and outdoor pools. Plenty of kid/family games and puzzles to use. It would have been more helpful to have additional towels and plates/bowls. The unit did the job for a 3 night visit, but a bit more information on the amenities would have been helpful. The owners were quick to reply to the couple questions we had.

Great property in a great location

We had a great fall foliage week-end . This property is a great location and walking distance to all that North Woodstock has to offer. It is also a great location to venture into the White Mountains. The property was very clean and perfect for our group of 4. We stayed in for a few meals and had everything we needed. We will keep this property in mind for future visits.

Week with the kids and grandkids

Great location... To lots of fun... Storyland/Santa's village/echo lake/ Clarks/ Woodstock inn... All rooms were comphy as expected... Few questions for owner .. And they were very prompt... A highlight sheet on where things were would be a good idea... Like parking for pool... And trash location... Overall visit was 👍 great!!

Location of the property was great! Close by to everything my group of 8 friends and I wanted to do. Property itself was great and spacious for all of my guests. Some of the furniture and areas pictures were slightly different from the actual place, but still worked! Great place.

Why they chose this property

We were looking for a condo that we could use for skiing and as a summer getaway for our family of five. We have three girls ages 4, 7 and 7. Yes twins. We also wanted a place that could accommodate having friends and family stay. With a tucked away bunk house for the kids. This condo is perfect for us. Just minutes from Loon and Cannon with a water park, hiking and zip line adventures minutes away for the warm weather. Under an hour to North Conway makes a day trip for shopping, Story Land or Santa's Village an option.
