Come spend a family vacation at this 4 Bedroom Home in the White Mountains of New Hampshire! Can sleep families up to 14 or 8 adults. Great place to enjoy with extended family and friends! When you get up the steep drive, you'll have a parking area and garage. Enter the lower level where you have the walk-through bedrooms and other lower bedroom and bathroom. Go up the stairs to enjoy this open concept with 2 large living areas, large fully equipped kitchen with island and dining area for family meals. Bedroom and Bathroom on this level. Enter the large Wrap Around Deck with Mountain Views! Great spot for extended family to enjoy the White Mountains. 2nd floor has one bedroom and the Master with a shared large bathroom plus 2 person whirlpool tub! Foosball Table with Futon in open area for family fun games and extra sleeping.

Privately nestled in the White Mountains with easy access to several family fun activities including Waterville Valley Resort!
So many adventures to do while you are here! Just down the road travel to Waterville Valley Resort where you can enjoy Corcoran Pond with a beach to swim at and boat rentals! Cool off at the year-round skating rink or play a round of golf at the Scenic Waterville Valley Golf Course. Clay Tennis courts available as well as several hikes for all abilities! Take a short-day hike by the Mad River or go for an adventurous 4000-footer out of several to choose from!

Be in Lincoln NH in less than 30 minutes where you can go on a zip-line adventure, take scenic gondola rides, aerial forest and much, much more! Enjoy this well-maintained home whether you want to relax and spend time with family and friends or explore the White Mountains of New Hampshire!

This home was beautiful and the location was perfect. We would like to return there again! The home was very large; enough space for the 7 of us to really spread out. The decks were beautiful, there were tons of board games and of course the Fooseball was a real hit. The fire pit was a nice treat as well

Everything about the rental was a success with the very very minor issue of the variable internet quality at the house. Everything about the property was stellar, updated, comfortable, and clean. Firewood was stacked, the sky chairs were great. We also loved the porch access all around the house. The view was amazing! The rental mgmt team was readily available, polite, and helpful. Check in and out was easy and straightforward.

The house is beautiful. Very Clean. Plenty of extra blankets. Plenty of towels. Everything from toilets, to wash and dryer, showers etc... all worked great and had no problems. The view was beautiful as well. Driveway was a bit steep ,but being summer time it was no problem getting up it. They were friendly and very easy to work with. They had very reasonable rules. Always responded to any questions and concerns we had promptly. We are very happy with our stay.

The driveway is very steep and slippery due to the loose rocks, be very careful going up or down. The extent of the recycling is a bit over the top, but we u understand why it is needed. We had a group on motorcycles and it would have been nice to have been given the opportunity to choose another house due to the driveway conditions. We are experienced riders anything less the driveway could be very dangerous. Be aware of the plastic chairs on the deck, they slide and one broke with someone just sitting on it.

This is a beautiful property which exceeded our expectations. The mountain views are stunning with gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. The property was pristine with a well-equipped kitchen. With our family of 10, we were able to spread out with bedrooms on each floor. The main floor was much larger than anticipated, perfect for our three grandchildren under 3 to play with plenty of seating for all. It was wonderful to have a fire pit for evening relaxation. A nice outdoor grassy area for the kids to play. I highly recommend this property. We shopped, enjoyed the Polar Caves and swimming at Corcoran Pond. The rental team was very responsive to all questions. The check-in/out procedure was easy. Communications through emails were clear, thorough, and timely.

Beautiful!

This is a beautiful property that exceeded my expectations! A gorgeous mountain view! The pictures do not do it justice. There was plenty of room for us with seven adults and three children ages three and under. The kitchen is well stocked with all you could possibly need. The accommodations were pristine. The property management company was very responsive to all of our questions and provided us with a great deal of information about the community and things to do. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation.

After four glorious days here, I wanted to move in, but unfortunately, that was not an option. Beautiful views, very spacious and light filled home which accommodated our party of 12 perfectly, plus our dog. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you! There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own space and a great main floor that had areas for eating, conversation and watching movies and playing family games. Lots of great memories were made here and we will be returning again for more soon! What a great experience we had working with the All Mountain Rentals Team!
